Great service always! Staff is consistent. Easy to recognize. Store is always clean even while super busy. Product is on point. Great produce. If this Trader Joe's is out of an item they do everything to help you get that item asap. Great management. This is a crazy busy store and they got it down. Employee named Dave super helpful. Hard worker. Now that parking area is a bit tricky. Please drive carefully. Lots of elderly folks shop here so just give them some respect when they walk in front of your car. Or show some patience when a driver is backing out etc... it could be your auntie or granny. Kindness is King here. This is beautiful Santa Fe. Not LA or NYC. RELAX! Blessed to be here! Count your blessings!

Good selection, staff is usually pretty nice and helpful. The patrons are often the worst. It’s like a magnet for every self-important trust funder in Santa Fe. Old money snobs, new age Californians that are way too satisfied with themselves, pseudo-eccentric and disgruntled middle aged depressives, you name it and they’re shopping here.

Standard Trader Joe's but the workers seem a little put out to be working there.I love the wide aisles.11/10/2023Wyatt was the cashier who rang me up and I can honestly say he is the friendliest person in that store. I'd wait 20 people back for Wyatt. If he's seasonal, keep him on full time!!

I will probably always give trader joes 5 stars. I like their selections, I just wish some of them were year round like the ginger beer! I never have to worry about backtracking far if I forget something and it's also not loaded with junk foods.

My daughter enjoyed being able to shop here on our visit to New Mexico because she doesn't have these available in Japan where she currently lives. We went twice during our week-long visit.

Thank goodness for Trader Joe's! Great selection of fresh flowers. Good wine and cheese selection. Warm, wonderful, friendly staff. Please up your game by putting in more high quality fresh ORGANIC produce. Keep those shelves stocked. More fresh meat including beef and lamb from New Zealand would be deeply appreciated. Good location and parking. Thanks for being consistent across all your stores.

We've always recognized and appreciated the very hard work TJ's has done, especially keeping us fed through the pandemic. They deserve 5 stars in that regard, for sure. But I had the misfortune of seeing an employee not wash his hands after using the banos. (soap kills germs/bacteria). Since I then had to approach the management, it doesn't seem as though the seriousness of this unhealthy issue was being handled as any management team would do in the food industry. (the mgr. I spoke to heard the discription/gross of the incident and then remarked, How do you know he wasn't just using his phone in the stall! the door was open I saw it!) Having managed thousands since the 1970's, I clearly laid out the expectations at work. When one crossed the line, I wrote them up, explained why, 3 strikes and you're out. This doesn't seem to apply today. Unsanitary conditons on our food is a grave issue. I wouldn't just mention it (as I was told) but I would tell my employees to their faces that this is unacceptable and they will be dismissed if continued. When this is witnessed, then you get a strike. Plus I would put signs in the bathrooms stating that soap kills the germs. These expectations need to be enforced with the employees. Thinking about all those wonderful fresh products that we eat soiled with excrement unnecessarily by laziness is pretty revolting. There are no consequences here except what falls on us, the customer. This note would not be here if this matter had been handled, I checked for 6wks,. then finally had to go to upper management. We are all entitled to our opinions and mine is that a sign informing the public that Soap Kills the Viruses/Germs would be most helpful, to circumvent disease is all important. A sign is a suggestion: people will do it or not (as in traffic signs) but it helps a certain percentage therefore is more of a use/success than not using this opportunity to inform, guide and prevent more illnesses. It's information, again, people will follow or not, it's not monitoring but this idea fell flat with them. There's a small sign for the employees only. How many people would change their dirty habits if they knew that the Soap Kills the Viruses, not just germs therefore preventing diseases for them, their families and others.5 Stars for Karlu for listening, caring to act, the best he can.MCH, former Host/Floor Manager for Clint Eastwood
