Friendly staff and clean sites. Showers along with washers and dryers. Huge dog park and close to downtown Santa Fe, shopping and restaurants. Well maintained and landscaped. All night road noise from cars racing up and down the street and lots of homeless and panhandlers in the area.

Terrible wi fi with no discount. “ We are currently trying to fix it” isn’t good enough. Any large campground that is unable to provide decent wi fi these days should not charge the amounts you charge- period! No trees or privacy on sites, and homeless ppl everywhere just outside the trailer park.

We found the office personnel to be extremely rude and condescending. We came in two days before our reservation. The site we were assigned was good, but instead of leaving us there since we were already there, they had us move to a more crowded site. They charged us $20.00 for a move that was unnecessary. When we asked why we had to move, they said maybe the other people booked before us. I booked in March and this was October! The rig that took our spot wasn’t any bigger than ours. Also, the sewer was plugged and would not drain, which resulted in a horrible mess! They were going to charge us $40.00 because of the leak. My husband told them that it was their responsibility to make sure that the drain worked. The dog park was way far away and was just dirt and weeds. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Mixed blessing, being located on the major street of Santa Fe. Road noise!!However, great access to a good city bus system. Friendly helpful bus drivers, no parking issues.Laundry and bathroom were clean and very functional. Added bonus. Clothes lines!!!We would use again.

Trailer Ranch is a 55+ community. It’s beautiful. It’s quiet (other than the street noise) which is only bothersome when people rev their engines, or sirens-but it is very well maintained, the staff is very nice and will work with you if you need any help at all. The laundry facilities and clean and well kept. We are returning customers when passing thru Santa Fe. Whether it’s an overnight or a short stay-this park is highly recommended! There are stores nearby-some that even deliver. They have many connections should you have any RV trouble, or just need some detail-cleaning to your rig, which is nice!

The RV Park is small but very well maintained. They have concrete pads and the owners wash and clean them after each visitor. The WiFi worked fairly well. The other utilities were spot on. Santa Fe is a busier city than we remember. The road out from is BUSY. Every night we could hear muscle cars racing down the road. But don’t let this deter you. This is a 5 star stay.

I believe it was spot #4 I stayed in for the night. It's a private spot right by the entrance next to a garage. It's a fhu pull through spot. The wi-fi barely worked but they advised in the office it wasn't great. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. The location is great. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance so it would be excellent to use to get downtown and back. Especially when you have a motorhome with no trailing vehicle. They do have a strict policy about checking in before they close. So, I did feel a little rushed driving up but it all worked out. Friendly staff. Quiet park. If the wi-fi was better I'd definitely stay again.

Like being in a nature park close to town. Very friendly staff, level concrete pads, mature trees with shade. The whole place had a park-like feel to it. Being guided to the campsite was no big deal, very easy. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome. There is a bus to take you downtown, but we opted to drive anyway. There is plenty of free parking at the Visitor Center which is a good starting point to wander to the plaza and other sites. Some other reviews commented on the local homeless population, but we didn't see any of them anywhere near the RV park.

The site was ok and the facilities were clean. What really ticked me off was the truly horrible Wi-Fi. The write up says they have Wi-Fi that is good enough for email but don't count on it. Even when it says you're connected it does nothing. Their solution is to put it on their customers, "If it's not good enough for you go get your own". Really? I've stayed at parks costing half as much and didn't have a problem. I guess they don't really care about a service that those who wander depend on.

Nice park. People were great. No pool, but the laundry, showers and bathrooms were clean. Maintenance crews inspect sites twice a day keeping everything in good repair. We stayed here about six weeks and they were very accommodating. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Don’t miss the Meow Wolf attraction.

I'd give ZERO stars if i could. Called ahead to confirm availability after camping for a week we were ready for showers and laundry. Upon arrival got all checked in and then they found out we have a very well behaved and mature 12 year old son. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED, EVER in 25 years. Must be over 21 years of age! This is discrimination of age! Do not recommend! We had to stay elsewhere...?

You can not enter after 5:30 in the evening. We had a blowout and called from side of the road. They said absolutley not.Dogs are not allowed on the grass. Dog park has never been maintained. No charcoal grills allowed. No campfires allowed, even though there is very little grass to burn. This is a 55+ living park.

This place is amazing! I stayed 6 nights in my travel trailer. Huge dog park, friendly staff, very clean facilities for showers, etc. On top of all that it's right in the middle of town, easy access to everything! Oh, and very affordable.

We loved this little RV park! The location was great, close to the market. Super clean and very friendly staff. We are adding this one to our annual stop in Santa Fe.

When we parked our coach and plugged in, we did not have power. When we told the person that helped us park she immediately said it was our coach. I asked that the elec pole be checked and was told it was good. We called an rv repair guy and he thought it was a transfer switch since it wasn’t the pole. We ordered a $1400 part and paid $100 for shipping. The rv repair guy came on Sunday to install new switch. Didn’t work! We decided to head to our next place, that we own, plugged the coach in and it worked and kept on working. I called & spoke to the owner to let them know their elec pole at their park didn’t work. She basically called me a liar. We had friends staying there that said someone came in right after we left and the elec pole didn’t work. I asked if they would at least help with the nightly rental we paid and she said no! We will not be staying there again. Mostly because of the owner’s attitude but also because it does not feel safe!Safety: There are restaurants nearby but I would not recommend walking. There is a as homeless shelter nearby and there have been shootings across the street from the rv park. I would not consider this a nice part of town.
