Great affordability, customer service, and availability of items! My experience was far better than expected! The floor clerks were attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The cashier was informative and helpful regarding products, return policies, and other questions I had. I also noticed that cashiers accomodated both English and Spanish speaking customers equally and respectfully.

Cashiers and employees were lovely but the security officer was glaring at me and my husband the entire time we walked through and even after we paid for our items, presumably because we were wearing masks. Some of us have health issues- we didn't even have a bag or anything suspicious with us- not even a purse. Left quickly without buying as much as I intended because he made me so uncomfortable. As someone else who has worked in security for 6 years including loss prevention, that was a bit too much. His angry glare was all we thought about after.

They really need to hire more cashiers. There are about ten people in line right now for two cashiers. I've never seen there not be a line

I got a signature haircut from Nina, she went above and beyond and checked in throughout the entire process, from shampoo to the cut itself, I was so happy with the end result! You can tell she really cares about her clients and is passionate about delivering amazing results!!!!

I would rather drive to ABQ stores .. only one person at register, but 3 staff & 2 security guards.. Wandering. Wait time in line is 15 min.

I spent over an hour in this place & no one ever asked if I needed help. When I did ask for help, the associate wasn't very knowledgeable. I noticed other people were getting greeted or acknowledged but when it came to me, they just looked the other way. I guess my skin color had something to do with that? Not POC friendly-mainly toward Indigenous folks.

Very clean, employees ask if you need help but they don't hover. Very very much enjoyed shopping there spent a little more than what I would have on Amazon but it's great quality time with my daughter.. Check prices
