They NEVER deliver on time. Always some kind of delay. I never have those issues with FEDEX or USPS

I would like to put the spot light on employee, Bell! I went in to notarize a few documents. He was very prepared, organized, professional, and also kind. Love this UPS store. Really nice people with a great attitude. It's busy, so try to plan around peak times if you are in a hurry.

The owners are very unorganized..the older woman seems to forget everything she is doing. The staff seemed under trained. The manager was ignoring customers..she had a negative attitude towards everyone she encountered. I’m not surprised this store is going down hill with the new management. They seem to have no guidance at all. The only good thing about the store were the two young gentleman who were both kind and helpful. Do not recommend this store. I’ve had better experiences elsewhere.

Since changing management, this store has gone DOWN HILL in customer service. Had a package shipped there and it was delivered at 11am. At noon went to retrieve package and was advised “I can’t go through all of the bins to find your package and if I do, I’ll have to do it for everyone else”. Explained I was leaving on a trip in less than 2 hours and was advised to come back in 4 hours. HORRIFIC customer service by Jerome and worse yet, the manager stood there and watched this all unfold. I have 3 UPS boxes across the country and am about to cancel my service will all of them if this is the direction things are going!The manager Brenda and the assistant manager Jerome are truly not caring at all and deliver the worst customer service ever!AVOID THIS CENTER AT ALL COSTS. Since Mariah left, it has turned to be a disaster.

Note: I originally gave 1 star along with the following review, but i got such a kind, thoughtful & professional response from the owner, with a promise to do better if i go back, that i’m truly grateful for, so i upgrades to 3 stars.:::::::Rude, Thin-Skinned, Passive-Aggressive, I don’t know what it is about UPS stores, but i’ve been in 4 in the past couple of years, and they all have mediocre ratings.I had problems with my Google Account on their computer, and i was tired from traveling. I asked a guy for help and he low-key lashed out at me, as if i was giving him a hard time.Then someone else helps me and i give her $2 for $1.18 in services. She doesn’t tell me what the total is, but instead she asks me if i want my change back - as if she were my server in a restaurant.When i ask her if locals round up or tell the staff to keep the change, bc i’ve never been in this location b4, and i was surprised by her asking if i wanted my change back, she doesn’t answer me, and still didn’t tell me what the total was.The simplest thing in the first place would be to put a notice by the computer about printing Amazon labels!!!There is a notice by the register, but the line was long when i walked in, so i went to the computer instead.Apparently, putting up 2 notices in 1 store is too much work for them. That and telling me my total + why they would ask me if i didn’t want my change back.Apparently, any effort to be courteous or clear at minimal levels overwhelms them. Other UPS stores present similar attitudes & obstacles.If anyone can tell me why they’d expect me to donate my change for 2 minutes of easy work at a counter, I’d love to find out why. I’d even have given my change, but person at the register was truly weird about it.I’m allowed to be surprised & ask for clarification, except, apparently at this parallel-universe UPS Store!

Terrible customer service. They advertise notary services, and when I went there today I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for the notary. OK, I could live with that. I was told to wait in the corner and half an hour later, the notary still hadn’t come over. I then discovered that the notary (who is apparently also the manager) had been there all along but was seemingly content to let me just stand there waiting. When I approached her at the 40 minute mark she said she still had other things to do and I could come back tomorrow if I want. Nope. Not tomorrow, not ever.
