I get packages sent to me all the time, and suddenly they can't find my house. Has correct address and they refuse to make it right. Now I have to drive 40 miles out of my way to pick up my package. They don't even offer a refund on shipping cost.

Went to pickup a package, walked straight in, they helped me very quickly, and it probably took all of 5 minutes or less.

Needed to ship a small package overnight. The UPS employee working (didn’t catch his name) was a huge help. He walked me through creating a label and then he gave me all the shipping options. Very polite and friendly and he helped three people at once and never missed a beat. The building doesn’t scream UPS shipping store but the service was top-notch compared to any standalone UPS store I’ve used.

I didn't know what I was doing trying to print a mailing label. The employee kept coming out from behind the counter over and over again to help me, never complained. Easy and quick sending of a birthday gift to my grandchildren.

This place is horrible. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone after they messed up the delivery. All of the phone numbers direct you to speak with an automated AI system that is worthless. Very frustrating. Again, it’s HORRIBLE

I was expecting to receive a package today. This evening at 6:30pm the friend in another state who had sent it sent a text saying, "It has arrived!" I went to the front door. Nothing. He sent a copy of the delivery confirmation he had received -- "delivered to front door at 6:14pm". At that time we were sitting about ten feet from the front door. Our address is clearly marked in several places and we left the porch light on and the gate open. It was NOT delivered. I checked all the condo doors around us. No sign of a package.

Dammit I really need for UPS to get it together. Another package delivered to I don’t know where. They say delivery was made to my house and address but wasn’t. Then it’s extremely hard to get a hold of somebody from my local UPS in Santa Fe N.M. It’s only if they decide to call me on the matter. I’ve even gone down there which is a 45 minute drive, to try to figure out why it’s so hard for them to get my deliveries to my house.But all I got was… “the driver’s aren’t that smart”. Like WTF! maybe if you gave them help, or better tools. Idk, but by saying that and then leaving it at that isn’t ok. None of it is.

Since it is Impossible to reach somebody at UPS on the telephone. I drove to the Santa Fe New Mexico UPS office to try and find my package. Not only was the customer service representative, James, the first and only person that I saw at the UPS counter, rude, but he also wanted to stand there and argue with me. I did not appreciate his attitude and the way he spoke down to me. It is just so rude when men speak down to women the way he spoke to me. Not only did he just leave me standing there he started helping people that were behind me. So I found the information he asked me to get him and had to get back in line. I would just like it noted how rude he was, wanted to argue with me, and frankly did not want to help me. I did tell him I would stand at that counter till I got an answer. I don’t even know if the name he told me was true, I asked him who his boss was or who the regional Director was and he asked what does that mean? I’ve never encountered an employee that is either that naïve or was pretending not to know what I was asking him. I give the gentleman named James at the customer service desk in Santa Fe New Mexico a -10 for his service. I can’t believe UPS allows this kind of behavior towards their customers. I will try to avoid ordering anything that requires UPS to deliver. Today’s experience was horrific!!!

Worst customer service ever, I have bought a few things online and when they come to me by ups I never have any tracking information other than out for drop off that is it maybe a should be there by 7pm really that is all day with no information and working two jobs. lol terrible customer service.
