Exceedingly unfriendly today (a Saturday). Which is unusual, luckily enough

Overall the attitude there is, "You are wasting my time." Today a clerk refused to lend me his pen to cross out an old address. He looked me in the eyes and said, "It's your responsibility". That unfriendly service is what hurts the USPS.

Every time I’m here the same couple of people are working. They’ve always been kind, helpful, and honestly really quick each time I’ve been in for services.

The service has always been good. I have observed nasty customers yelling at the counter people and somehow have kept their cool. Our mail service to our neighborhood has almost always been perfect. Thank you for your service especially these past few years of pandemic!

One of the worst delivery carriers on earth I believe that his very raciest and hater. Very rude lazy just waiting for government Benefits, he doesn’t care about any local business.that are paying for his paycheck. Some of the new delivery guys are okay but the ones been there forever they feel like they own the usps and worthless.

It’s not about the location in general but they are the ones that handle our outgoing mail. It’s been 7 days or longer with no mail. I have made 2 reports and have gotten no response and no resolve. I have a relative that works at usps and said our local mail is piling up and it is in like 20 bins or so. NOT DUE TO COVID, which they claim. I don’t understand how an agency like this can get away with this. There’s no accountability and you basically have to report it to themselves. They obviously do not care about people who rely on mail for prescription, bills, pet food, and official documents. Not everyone does online bill pay and they shouldn’t be forced to. Other neighborhoods are getting mail. Why are we on the back burner. I’m just very disappointed and google is actually one of the only places that you can make a review. I actually applied for the carrier position did everything took months for consideration had great references and clean record only to be told that I was not going to be offered employment. They say they are short staffed well that’s because future employees have to jump through hoops of fire to even be considered. I know other state agencies and federal agencies that weren’t as hard getting employed.

We had a delivery from Amazon to the PO BOX in our our neighborhood. Amazon sent a message to us saying the package could not be delivered because the house was vacant ( we have been here 5 years). When we checked our POBOX it was empty except for a notice from USPS saying our box was full and there was no one one living there. We drove 10 miles to the Montoya Post Office in Santa Fe, paid money to park and then stand in line for a lady to tell us it was because the delivery person was a substitute and made a mistake. When we told her we had this address for 5 years and never had a problem then she got mad and told us to get over it. She obviously doesn’t realize our taxes pay her salary. If she is unhappy then change jobs. If she worked in private industry she would be fired immediately. The government can’t manage anything and this is embarrassing. The government needs to outsource our postal service as they can’t handle it.SpikerS

I thought it was just happening to me, but after reading most of the reviews, I see we're all being held hostage by a poorly managed and staffed post office system. My mail isn't getting delivered and also going to the old address after 2 years. I've filled out 3 Change of Address forms. I stopped our postman and told him I'm not getting mail and he said, "If I'm off that day, and someone else is assigned my route... If they can't find the address, they just mark it 'No Such Address' and take it back to the post office." Held hostage... And no one's coming to help.

Not sure why they call it a service thats false advertising, it's no wonder the united states postal service is going broke. As bad as the postal service is nationally this one is the most ineptly usless office. Priority and next day deliveries sit in the office or on trucks for days I wish I could opt out of USPS deliveries from online orders. I pay extra just to not to use them when possible

I have lived all over the country and have never had an issue with USPS until I moved to Santa Fe. It is pure luck if mail shows up. I gave up using tracking because it only aggravates me. I have numerous times tracked a package that has showed up at the Santa Fe post office, said out to be delivered then not show show up for 2 more days. It truly is bizarre.I honestly don’t the workers care there unless they are in the mood.

The worst post office is America! Beyond rude. I have never been treated like that in any other post office[or any shop/public service office] in the world. And worst of all ,she tried to overcharge me just to make a point. Same package in another post office half the price. Awful place, avoid at all costs. Go to the little post office on west Alameda where they are really courteous and helpful.

This Post Office has never been good, but lately, they have simply STOPPED DELIVERING THE MAIL. I track my shipments and they are in town for delivery, but I am lucky if I see the mail carrier once per week. Neither the phone number nor the fax machine are ever answered. I stopped in the other day to buy stamps and let them know that I have not received my mail for four business days. They were all out of stamps and you can probably guess their reaction to my complaint. (And if you can't, I'll tell you: They don't give a s*****
