I don't remember why I visited this place originally, but a salesman (he was good at his job) sold me the idea of a business account with five lines. He forgot to mention details such as autopay, paperless billing, etc., and the fact that Verizon has to go through billing cycles before they can establish the prices they promised you. Every time I got a bill, I could not make heads or tails of it, and the bills were 30 and 20 pages long. Every time I called customer service to clarify the charges I got a robot who told me to press 1 and would eventually hang up on me because it never sensed that I had already pressed 1. So I would have to drive out to this branch to ask for clarity every bill, and I got the same muddled answers, and a phone number with no service at the end of customer service. I finally closed the account and left Verizon and when I tried to get clarity on how much we owed on the phones I got a "well, you decided to leave and believe the promises of the other provider", "you're not our customer anymore, i.e. "#&!! you." If you're looking for arrogance, gaslighting, manipulation, and rudeness--this is the place to go. Otherwise stay away from this company and these lap dogs

Terrible service. Terrible environment. I have never had any problems with verizon in the 10 years we have had it until today. Crystal was definitely very rude, and had no desire to help with any problems.

i left a google review before but it's been removed, which makes me think this store wants to keep its scam going. so i will keep posting this until they stop: do not change your number. do not let them lie to you and make you think tou have to change your number. its a trick so they make commission on a new line.

I went it on 9/19/23 and upgraded my moms phone to another basic flip phone. The girl that assisted me, changed my entire plan and added the Disney bundle without even telling me which added an $10 on my bill. I specifically told her when we started i did not want NOTHING to change. She did not communicate anything with me the entire time all she said was that I was going to pay the extra cost of the new device on my new bills and that was it. She didn't even offer to make sure the phone was set up or activated, she said it was done and started to walk off and left me with the brand new box not even opened yet. I had to stay in the store and turn it all on and make sure it was activated myself which was fine but just goes to show the lack of customer service she had.. Instead of being a complete mute in the entire process, that girl needs to learn how to communicate what she is changing and adding on accounts so we can consent or not. I had to contact customer service to fix and credit that $10 Disney+ bundle and to make sure it was completely removed. I also then found out that she changed my entire plan completely and I was on a older plan that I did not want to change. If it had to be changed due to an upgrade that's fine but what's not fine is her not communicating anything with me, the phone was only $100. I could of paid it outright and not of changed anything but she didn't give me that option as she took it upon herself to change it all and not even explain it and made it seem like everything stayed the same except for the new device monthly cost. Even the CS rep I just spoke to said that was not okay and at first even assumed that I had went to a Verizon retailer, what does that tell you. It's very shady and dishonest business and I will make a complaint future then this review.. this girl needs to be retrained and needs to be transparent with her customers. I trusted her and assumed by me telling her I did not want NOTHING changed that was going to happen and like i said if it was a must she should of told me. What's more mind blowing is, did she think I wouldn't notice? Unbelievable.

Jasper(?) was so incredibly helpful! He fixed my husband's phone problem, and was so calm and positive! He made several checks to make sure there were no additional problems with the battery or the ability to charge the phone. Awesome employee and human being! You should be very thankful he works for Verizon and gives such fantastic service!!! He's a gem!

Went in because my phone was malfunctioning. Wonderful young woman named Melissa assisted me. She fixed my phone and answered all my questions after. She is absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable, patient and overall pleasant. She is an absolute asset to that team. I will recommend everyone and anyone to that store and to her.

I went in today to trade in two phone per the agreement made when we got our new phones and plan.Upon entering no one said hello. I was added after I tried to use the QR code to a wait list.After 25 minutes a woman came to help me.She said that there was no record to trade in my spouses phone. She walked away with my phone without a word and left me standing, unclear about what to do next.Professional care and respect are missing from this branch.I advise finding help at a different Verizon

My sales person Audra told me I had to purchase a protection plan on my phone and could not drop it until after 45 days. Not true. I went to my Verizon app a couple days after purchasing my new phone and was able to remove it. I guess they get commission for adding all those extras. Don't believe them when they tell you this. Also, the phone she sold me is an overpriced piece of junk.

Elijah did an excellent job in assisting and greeting me upon entry to the Verizon Store located on Zeferano. He was quick and efficient and evenasked if I wanted the new protection on my phone from cracking which I declined in order to save as backup. Elijah is a very hard worker and made me feel a valued customer. Thank you for your hard work!Karen

It's a busy place. Costs are the highest. Better if u have a family to share the monthly bill. Then it's more affordable. Excellent coverage
