“My wife and I moved to Santa Fe in October of 2020, from Wyoming. We needed a close Vet for our dogs and cat. We found the Eldorado Animal Clinic and I made contact with them.

From the first contact they were friendly, courteous, helpful, very professional and efficient, and their facility also made a very good impression. I have found them to be very nice people, and they have taken excellent care of the minor needs of our animals to this point. We trust them to take good care of our animals for whatever needs they (our pets) may require in the future also!”

“I had a great experience with the staff at Cedarwood. We went over all the issues I had with my dog and some I had forgot to mention, based on their own experience. I left feeling like I could check back with them about any further issues or changes in health or medication. They listened :-)”

“People are friendly and I guess it's a car service now!? They ask you to wait in the car then they come out to you and service your pet at your car. It's not that long of a wait and pricing g for shots are good. Very reasonable.”

“Took my little two year cat here after a trip to the ER after he stopped eating/drinking. The team and Dr. Hinko not only squeezed me into his tight Friday schedule to check on my cat, but stopped me from spending more money on treatment that was not needed. My little guy is now feeling much better and back to his normal self, which is such a relief. I can not recommend this clinic enough.”

“Dr Thal and his team are very compassionate and caring. Was set to him from one of my locsl vets, took me 6 hours to get there and they were right there waiting when we arrived. They took there time and did everything they could for my boy over the next 4 days to save him, staying in contact with me and informing me the entire way. May God always bless him, his family and team.”

“From one visit, I'd say this is the place I would take a pet you're concerned about in Santa Fe. After multiple visits to eldorado vet and Route 66 in ABQ, it continually felt like no one was even looking at the tests and images they took and charged me for. At the time of writing this, the best way to have a pet seen is to show up and be ready to be admitted at 7:30am. Due to their corporate ownership they are understaffed, like all of the vets in Santa Fe. Dr. Breer and the tech who's name I've really unfortunately forgotten were the first people out of 3 vets that showed care and concern for my puppy, and more so, also could tell I was pretty taxed myself and offered to let me step out and eat for the first time in the day and take a bit of a breather. We are on to a 4th vet for more tests, but under the circumstances, this was the first vet visit since my dog's illness that was caring and had a direction to pursue. Thank you.”

“Dr. Levin has been Gracie’s vet for several years. She is thorough, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. Gracie absolutely loves her! Claire Eddy Thaw is also wonderful and plays a big role in keeping our boxer happy and healthy. We’re so grateful for their excellent care.”

“Audrey is awesome! She has really made a difference in the quality of life for my senior dog who has cancer. He is 13 and even though he was never a high energy dog, he has slowed down considerably since his diagnosis. I wasn't sure we'd see any change in him, but I was willing to try.”

“Been coming back here again after using another local vet for a while. Vet care in this town has gone down hill hard recently and just having terrible experiences. So gave Smith a second shot since I used to really like these guys, and have always really appreciated how I could just walk in there when I needed to. My two recent experiences here have just been stellar. Great docs. Great assistants. Great receptionists, too! Just took my dog in for an infected lump that really needed to be seen, and couldn't have been happier or more impressed. They are super busy, like all the other vets in town, but somehow managed to not compromise great customer care. UNLIKE everywhere else I have tried. Yes, I tried to leave Smith Vet but so glad I decided to go back. My dog is happy too! I know where I'm going in future.”

“My wife and I couldn't have been luckier nor more blessed to have found Vetinary Cancer Care and Dr. Kelly.
The prognosis given to us for our miniature Havanese, Sofie, was not good, and she wasn't expected to live more than a year.
Through careful diagnosis and treatment,
Dr. Kelly and her team turned bleak outlook into a patient in remission, recovered, and playing with us again - AND with a much happier outlook for living much longer..”

“I have only visited this office once but I was very happy with the service. My dog had a wound that needed addressing and fairly quickly. I called her normal vet's office twice and the second time they told me they could not see her and to try somewhere else. I was able to schedule a same day appointment here, even though she was not an established patient.

The vet saw her and addressed the issue. They even gave her a rabies shot when I asked, since she was due. I was already happy with the service but was even more impressed when someone from the office texted me to check in on her a couple days later. I will continue to take my dog here.”

“Vet tech's and Dr. Hunter were very attentive and caring. They took their time to explain what they were doing, what the lab results were, and how to move forward with a care plan for our senior cat. Very kind and patient. Heard our questions and took their time to answer them thoroughly.”

“Dr. Martin is a down to earth, straight talking gem of a vet! We just moved to Santa Fe and after going to a vet in town, which was a horrible experience, we are thrilled we found Eldorado. They really seem to care...and remarkable as it is these days, wont rip you off in the process. Kind, experienced and were very aware of our specific concerns and needs, prior to, during and after a surgery. Been to many vets over the years...it doesn't get better than this place!”

“I first met Dr. Cameron under difficult circumstances, when my beloved horse seemed to be mildly ailing, but turned out to be very sick and had to be euthanized. Dr. Cameron's swift response and clear communication helped me give my very best boy as peaceful and easy an end as was possible and I'll always be grateful. More recently my cat needed some teeth removed, and again, I found the care she was given to be exemplary. All the staff members I interacted with were professional and kind.

In the midst of a vet shortage, particularly an equine vet shortage, and knowing how difficult the profession can be, I feel very lucky to be a client of Cameron Veterinary Clinic.”

“I am an out-of-towner that was looking for a vet appointment (for an urgent matter) while in town. I called at 8am and they got me in at 10:30. Front desk person was so great and kind. They took care of my dog right away, and the vet was SO SWEET. She sat with me and talked with me and explained everything so kindly. And... best part--it was so inexpensive! Thank you for getting us in, helping my dog, and being so kind!”
