This has to be one of the worst-run Walgreens Pharmacy's I've ever dealt with. Excruciatingly long wait times both in-person and by phone - constantly being put on hold. Pharmacy techs are rude, in a rush and are nearly unintelligible (they mumble and when asked to repeat, they mumble again). Horrible.

DON'T GO HERE!! Called the pharmacy and was on hold for more than 3 hours with no answer. Waited in long line at the pharmacy and was told by the tech my prescription that was sent in the day before was amongst the other 80 that hadn't been typed up or even processed yet. Assistant manager who I complained to said I should complain and put it everywhere I can so that they can get more help because they are desperately understaffed and completely disorganized. She told me to complain

I made appointments for my husband and I to get our flu shots. When I got to the pharmacy area, there was a long line. I went to the consultation door where I told them about our appointment. The young man said that they would honor the appointment, but I would still have to go to the end of the line to check in. We were there over an hour, past out appointment time, for both of us to get our shots that took less than 5 minutes. I don't blame the guy at the window for he was there. It saddens me that there is not enough staff to handle the customers. I don't know if folks just don't want to work or the store does not want to hire additional staff..... who knows.

I wish I could give zero stars. Rude employees long wait times zero accountability from management. If you have three hours to kill to wait for a prescription this is your place. If not skip this hell hole

Online said to call the pharmacy.. I was on hold 1.5 hrs only to be hung up on when it was lunch time. I called and go the store manager Andres who told me they are understaffed and that he would ahve the pharmacy manger call me when they returned from lunch. that never happened. I called back and held for 1 hr and again was disconnected. I called back to take to the store manager and was disconnected, then called back and noone answered. My husband called from his phone and someone answered right away but put him on hold and thensomeone picked up and just sat the phone down we could hear them talking in the store. After several more calls with no answer we called corporate. Everyone here should be fired. It does not matter if a customer is in person or on the phone they are still in line and deserve to be in the loop of priority. Inexcuseable..... Also they should not lie to the customers and tell them they were not hung up on when you can hear them hang it up... There is not an auto disconnect when it happens at different call intervals.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. They didn’t check their messages for phone in scripts for at least a 4 hour period. I waited in line for 45 minutes and they said I had zero scripts. They said they would check the phone over lunch and call me back. Called me back an hour later and told me to call around and see if anyone else had the medication - then to call them back. Found at another Walgreens location. If it had just been put in the system they could have pulled it over. Waited on hold for another hour trying to get the pharmacist - then had to go wait in another 45 minute line to tell him to put the damn script in.

No customer service. Long line that doesn't move. They do not care either and apparently neither does corporate. Look at all those one star reviews. Hopefully nobody needs to rely on medication because you probably won't get it from here or will pass out waiting in a 4 hour line.

ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy, first of all they WILL NOT EVER answer that phone, then you have to drive all day over there. stand in line and they dont have your meds and have no idea when they will.. WOW

Pharmacy Horrible service!Waiting in line up for up two hours or more. One time just to be told my Rx was not ready when I received a text, email and call it was ready for pick up.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Sick as a dog last night, went to urgent care, then stood in line for one and a half hours only to walk away with only 2 of my 3 prescriptions! And didn't notice because my med notes hadn't been updated into my online chart before I went to pharmacy. And because my new employee insurance doesn't kick in until the first of the next month, I paid cash, which completely threw the clerk who had to get it authorized by the pharmacist before they'd even start filling the prescription. I had a lot of time to watch the pharmacy staff and they do an awful lot of walking back and forth searching for things, even in the same med bins. I've had lots of problems with the photo dept for years but the store has become a dump. Now I've been on the phone for half an hour trying to get someone to pick up and talk to me about my prescription.Management should be fired and store closed down until an effective business plan is in place.(Would give zero stars if I could!)

The longest lines in the history of pharmacies. Very very slow moving too. Takes two or three trips of long lines just to pick up a prescription that is all ready to go. This is no exaggeration. If you go there I wish you luck. Bring lunch and a phone for entertainment. Don't forget to take deep breaths with a good mask on. The crowded conditions are ripe for the spread of the diseases that you might be there to get vaccinated for. Be ready for the poor excuses they provide.

You would have to crazy to shop in this store. I waited an hour and twenty-five minutes to pick up a prescription. The line was insanely long. Only one (very nice) pharmacist handling the line. The shelves are half empty. They look like they are going out of business.

Terrible terrible pharmacy service. We spent two days trying to hunt down an RX for my 82 year old father who had Covid. Walgreens insisted they never revived it. Turns out the physician called it in on a provider voicemail that should be checked every hour. The only explanation was that the VM was never checked or not recorded. It took the physician calling the pharmacist directly to get any action. This snafu is typical when dealing with this location and the Walgreens call center.

By far - the worse pharmacy for a thousand miles. Two people for Covid booster and flu shot - ONE HOUR and THIRTY MINUTES!!! First off, the girl at the pharmacy counter behaved as if this was the very first day she had been put in front of a computer. So, that took a good 45 minutes - to check two people in who presented the completed form when they first spoke to her. --- Only went downhill from there. Finally one person got the shots - don't forget, this was a group booking for two people - unknown to anyone in the world with a working brain why it took another 35 minutes for the second person to get their shots??? Incompetence brought to new levels. Stay away, not worth going to this drug store. Walgreens has a reputation for being able to screw up almost anything - and yes, they live up to that reputation. -- On a side note, the South African pharmacists himself was really nice - too bad he's stuck with a group of Neanderthal assistants.

Cancelled my prescription twice. Website says they are temporarily closed and the phone is impossible always 3 people in front of you even if you wait an hour. The worst.
