The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist Sarah are rude and punitive, cycling callers back through the wait loop when they decide they don't want to deal with a caller. I work in healthcare too, and I get being busy. They are certainly contributing to a slow inefficient system being slower.

Dude with long hair and glasses that was working at 11:55 at night on 01/22/25 closed the store 3 mins early. That’s bad for business that bad for customer service no wonder why you have bad reviews.

I switched to this location as it was more convenient to me. At first, the pharmacy staff was great, now that has changed. I called for a question about a prescription today, and the person who answered was so rude, I was actually speechless. She said her name was Felicia and that she was the manager of the pharmacy. I asked her the name of her supervisor, then she asked me if I wanted her to get a message to that person. I told her I would call myself and let her know that her pharmacy manger was incredibly rude to me. Felicia's response: "oh well, sorry you feel that way" and hung up!

I picked up my Christmas cards, after they told me MY cards made their machine go down all day; my cards were ruined and we looked extra orange and I was actually embarrassed to send them out but it was already too late to start over. They told me that my cards were clogging up their machine but in reality, the machine is supposedly always having issues. A friend of mine works at that location and told me the truth after I picked up my cards. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and will be switching to Shutterfly from here on out for my cards.

Ridiculous customer service. Told them multiple times to update the insurance on file. They kept telling us it was denied. Finally had my insurance call and they had the wrong info on file. Had me waiting for a long time, for something that took them a less than a minute to update if they would just listen.

Gave this 3 stars because customer service was outstanding but the bathrooms were beyond nasty. It looked like they hadnt mopped floors in weeks. Dried old poop on the wall and floor. It was disgusting! But if they keep bathrooms clean and outside of building also which had trash piled spilling out of garbage cans and nasty spills on their sidewalk walking into the store, it would be 5 stars. Workers were very nice tho.

Scheduled a COVID shot at Walgreens on St Francis as this is the pharmacy I typically use. I received several texts from Walgreens reminding me about my appointment and another today that instructed me to check in via the text processonce. Finished checking in while waiting in line for a prescription (the process asks multiple other ?s). Once complete it tells me my name will be called when they're ready for me. Yet that did not happen. My appt was scheduled for 4:30 which came and went. Id been there since 4:15. The same checkin text tells me to go to the "Consultation" window with questions. So i did and relayed that id checked in via the text checkin id received. She asked me if i checked in at the desk. I said "no, i picked up my prescription but the checkin via text process didnt tell me i needed to do that in addition. I was in line picking up a prescription and could easily have done so. So she tells me i need to go checkin at the desk. The line at this point now has at least 15 deep I said "well, i dont feel i should have to wait in that line again. If that was the process it should've said so in the text process." She tells me to go wait by the door to the shot room. 15 minutes later im still standing there. Finally a guy at the desk yells over and asks me if i checked in. "Yes i did, via the text." He has no idea what im talking about. He checks me in and 5 mins later i get into the room, with the same woman that 20 minutes ago told me to wait by the door. We get in the room and there's a framed statement about treatong people well from Charles Walgreen on the wall. I chuckled and said" I think the pharmacy employees need to read this" She asked if i didnt think i was treated well. Lol. No I do not and I'll be writing a review about my experience." Walgreens: do better. Your employees had no clue you have a text checkin option and using it got me nowhere except being blamed for following that procedure. I dont have an hour to spend at Walgreens and deal with unfriendly workers. The woman did give a decent shot but it was not worth the frustration. This is not the first issue so unfortunately in a town full of poor Walgreens its time to try to find a new pharmacy.

I know why this Walgreens has 2ish stars. Management's response to the main registers being down is to gather and talk in the middle of the store, occasionally shouting at the waiting customers. Wild.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. I’ve had my prescriptions filled all over town and no one cares like this staff does. Many of the cashiers and techs have been here a few years now, you can see the camaraderie in their group. Everyone is polite and goes out of their way to help you. If you show up to fill a prescription and they don’t have it in stock, they’ll call around and find it nearby. I have some specific preferences like manufacturers and they always meet those needs. Furthermore, I’ve seen the same three pharmacists here for a while now which gives me hope for their retention. About two years ago CVS pharmacies stopped accepting Presbyterian insurance, followed by Pharmaca (spell?) closing down last year, and a lot of those clients shifted their prescriptions to this pharmacy. This is to say, that the number of customers they serve recently increased dramatically and they’ve risen to the occasion. They’re BUSY, busier than i’ve seen any other pharmacy, and their care and attention does not suffer.

I don't even know where to start. Their incompetence isn't just frustrating, it is negatively impacting my health because of all the repeated delays they have caused in getting my medication. And this is not a one-time problem; every month I struggle with them in one way or another. I've never had issues like these with any other pharmacy. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy is unreliable with a lot of rude and condescending staff.
