Absolutely miserable pharmacists/pharmacy staff. Clearly overworked and very frustrated. Long lines to drop off and pickup. Not the customers problem folks that you are so miserable. I stopped filling my prescriptions here. You would get better treatment at a Walmart!!

My family made covid shot appointments online via the Walgreens website for this pharmacy. Appointment was right on time and all three of us were able to get the vaccine.

O is the run around all the time they dont have a medication , they tell you to go to another walgreensb which I do and they dont have it either then you call another walgreens on hold over an hour 3rd in line the whole time then you're next and guess what, fisconnected. It's the good I'll pass the buck. Meanwhile I'm out of medication . They don't care they order it m 3 days later it comes in and a week off the med you dtsrt tsking it sgsin whink it doesn't work because you febrile a resistance to it.... good ol big pharma the biggest crooks around and the richest. Will never end

Horrendous customer service, waited 20 minutes on hold even though no one was ahead of me. I could hear them answer and put me on hold 5 times in a row and then when they answered they were rude and impatient like they were the ones waiting. This pharmacy needs new staff

I spoke to Felisha (not sure how to spell it) on the phone today, and she was curt, rude, and unhelpful. Her tone was disrespectful and impatient, as though I were offending her by calling to check on my prescription status. I checked it online, and the website said they were out of stock and to call the store. So I did, and Felisha was shockingly unpleasant. She said she was the manager, so I was unable to speak to anyone else who might have wanted to help me. After months of being treated like garbage at Walgreens, I'll be switching to a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy called to tell me they needed to see my health insurance card for me to pick up my prescriptions, even though I verified over the phone that they had the correct insurance info. So I stood in the long line for 20 minutes only to be told they didn’t have either of my prescriptions and it was my insurance and doctor’s fault, not theirs. Why didn’t they tell me over the phone instead of making me come in to find out they didn’t fill any of my prescriptions?

I’m in town visiting. I had a Rx called in as I forgot my medication at home. Not a complicated drug or dosage. Rx was called in Monday. It’s Thursday 7:00 pm and they’re still waiting on get in f it through their supplier. Not one call or text to explain to me what’s going on. I suggest you use another pharmacy if you want a prescription filled in a timely matter.
