For the most part the staff is very helpful. There are always homeless people hanging around the entrance. It's not appealing but fortunately they don't often ask for money. The pharmacy always has a very long line for both in-store and drive thru. I would find a different place to fill your prescriptions.

Absolutely worst experience. Pharmacy needs to clean house and hire a new night crew. My son has a painful ear ache, went for his prescription and hour later. It was supposed to be ready. It wasn't. They said 20 minutes, Went home and walked back to give them time. Still was not ready. They said 15 more minutes, Went home for about an hour and called this time... NOT READY! The girl said rudely nobody told her (pouting) it will be ready in an hour. I said this is the last time I go here ever... Never a good experience. SHOULD BE NO STARS

I went to the doctors at 3:50 And they put my prescription in a little after that I went at 7 o’clock to see if it was ready it wasn’t. I’m not sure why. This is my first time coming here so I don’t know they have the younger male named Aidan that’s extremely rude was rolling his eyes. Ignored me wile I sat in line i don’t know maybe off day

No walk-in vaccine appointments, the online system wanted to send me to ABQ, and after a bunch of fighting with it, finally got an appointment at a different location a week later.

Horrible service from the manager and from the pharmacist.... All the staff, including the managers don't get paid enough to care.. The drive through pharmacies has a extremely thick accent, you can't understand what she's saying... if you call her at on it, she'll get offended and kick you out of line then if you try to talk to the manager he'll just laugh at you. And that's the type of service you get here.. The majority of the staff seems to be from South America. It's extremely weird

I recently had a scheduled vaccine appointment at Walgreens, and I am quite frustrated with the experience. Upon arrival, I was instructed to stand in line at the pharmacy, which had about 15 people ahead of me and an estimated wait time of at least an hour. It's hard to understand why appointments are set if they cannot be honored. My time is valuable, and the disorganization in managing these appointments was disappointing. I hope Walgreens can improve their processes to avoid inconveniences like this for future customers.

Pharmacy is horrible! Run! Go somewhere else. They never have anything ready when they say they will. When you call in the automated system will make you want to go postal!
