There was only one cashier when I was checking out and he was training a new employee which is understandable. Unfortunately doing this slows down the speed at the register, and when the line back up hard it's time to stop training for a moment and time to start checking people out already. An employee at the photo counter noticed this and opened his register which helped. Previously I've had similar difficulties at the pharmacy with the line backing up almost to the front of the store. They really need more employees here. I do get the irony of pointing out they need more employees while bitching about them training one btw. So no need to clown me. They just need to do that training when the store isn't packed.

They will NOT fill your Prescription if you do not fight for it. Sadly I don't have the energy, my insurance is not excepted in santa fe. Presbyterian is only excepted at Walgreens. I was supposed to get my med Thursday it is now Saturday. I was on hold till after the store closed, I was just cut off, without any idea of what is happening. Sadly this is the normal situation at Walgreens on Cerrilos. I have pretty much gotten used to feeling sick. Thanks Walgreens, maybe if I die your job will be easier. That is my feeling after talking or not talking to your staff.JUST A THOUGHT MAYBE SHUT DOWN 3 PHARMACYS AND HAVE ONE THAT WORKS. CAUSE THIS DOSE NOT

Don't get your prescriptions here if you actually need them. 16hrs later they finally confirm script is ready but then they close the pharmacy altogether on me.

Not just this Walgreens - all Walgreens have terrible waits. Pay your people who work hard for you and the customers. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it would be a 30 minute wait 45 minutes after they promised it would be ready. If my insurance gave me a choice, I would never step foot into a Walgreens again. This was also after spending a very long time on hold several times over the past few days.

Today I waited on hold for 2.5 hours to speak with a pharmacist at Wallgreens at 3298 Cerrillos Rd Santa Fe, and still did not get to speak with anyone; I just got to listen to a recorded message every 20 seconds that told me I would be helped soon. It is surreal. Earlier in the week I had waited 1.5 hours on hold to speak with a pharmacist but no one ever picked up the phone then either. I also went to the store and the line of humans was the length of the store. I turned around and left. Trying to do business with Wallgreens has cost me about 4.5 hours of my time this week and I still have not been able to speak with a pharmacist to resolve the issue with my dad's prescription. I tried to have another pharmacy fill the prescription but the insurance company told me that Walgreens had already charged them for the medicine even though I had not picked it up, and that they would have to reverse their actions before I could get the prescription somewhere else. Hmm. If you want to waste your time too ask you doctor to send your prescriptions to Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! They cancel prescriptions with no explanation and then say to call in - but it's impossible to reach them by phone. No human ever answers! In many cases it's cheaper for me to pay cash at CVS with no insurance than to use my insurance at Walgreens. Also, their 1-2 day delivery takes 1-2 weeks! Terrible customer service all around. Avoid!

All I can say is get real. I called and stayed on hold for 47 minutes. Only for a dude to answer and hang up on me. I came to the pharmacy right after and stayed in line for another hot only to be told I had to come back for my RX when on my app it said it was ready and it truly wasn’t. I I’m so wanting to go to another Pharmacy. Next month when meds are due they will not go to Walgreens anymore. Hire working caring people. At least

long, long lines for prescription pickups/inoculations, with both categories in the same line, even with inoculation appointments. undertrained pharmacy staff. slow to fill prescriptions sent electronically by my docs. just a mess.
