James-shift lead manager-was very rude to myself and others around. Clueless about anything going on in the store and when asked for help just said we can’t do that and walked away. I get that Walgreens is not a place of hospitality but be human. After purchasing the tape to tape my box at a place of shipping… he accused me of steeling the tape…. I bet he would be pissed if he got the same service he gave. Worst customer service from him. This occurred 6:30 on a Saturday. Woman up front (just employee-not manager) said thank you and have a nice day and was very kind. But her manager who should be setting the example looked like he didn't want to be there and was rude to everyone including his own employees. I come here because it is close to my house-but next time I’m choosing somewhere else to go.

I attempted to contact the Walgreens pharmacy today for a simple ETA on my prescription. My first call resulted in a 14-minute hold followed by a system disconnection. My second call, requesting a manager, led to a 30-minute hold at the front counter. Arriving in person, I was met with an incredibly dismissive response from the pharmacy: 'funny the phone never rang.' This isn't an isolated incident; it's a pattern, the last few times attempting to contact the pharmacy has resulted in the same accordance of never speaking with a rep. The consistent lack of customer service, coupled with Walgreens' well-documented financial struggles would strongly suggests to myself they wont be around in the near future. To be fair I was offered an additional 30 minute wait to prep prescription however I declined this earned them an extra star on this review.

I live down the street. Very convenient friendly. & prompt. But when I call the pharmacy they take forever to answer, so I have to drive instead. They are super busy in the pharmacy so I understand, hence why I drive. That’s my only complaint, THANK YOU, WALGREENS STAFF & PHARMACY FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK

Terrible location to deal with Rx, been calling to confirm my 2month old eye prescription and all they do is pick up the phone and place you on hold. Called them back 3 times to give me the run around doing the same thing. This one usually isn’t my primary location but when I have to deal with them it’s the worst. Why have a pharmacy if no one is going to give customer service.

I've been in the Drive-Thru line for over an 75 minutes. I'm ill can't go inside but need my prescriptions. I can see the one employee inside talking on the phone ECT but not even looking this direction. Apparently coming to help people isn't in the job description. What the af walgreens? If my insurance allowed me another choice I would never ever use Walgreens pharmacy.

The lady behind the pharmacy counter was very rude and impatient. She was cursing under her breath the whole time.

Checked website for when they close. It said 11p. Got there at 1035p and they were closed. Asked a worker thru the door about it being open until 11. He said we close 15 minutes early everyday. Well 1035 is 25 minutes early. Lazy pos workers that’s the Santa Fe way.

Terrible service. Drove here while driving through area so we could buy lotion, snacks and to let my 6 year old go to bathroom. Lady said they don’t have a code for bathroom. My husband asked what do they do if they need to go to bathroom and she said “we don’t” and walked away. I just can’t believe how rude people are. We had to drive to another store with my child crying the entire way because she couldn’t hold it much longer. I just don’t understand how people have no care or compassion. Everyone uses the bathroom and some just can not hold it in.

They were supposed to close at six, but they closed at five on Christmas Day

I’m not sure why you’re able to book an appointment for shot and then you have to wait a half an hour. The last time I booked a shot I waited an hour. Perhaps it’s because they believe there. Customers don’t have someplace to be other than sitting and waiting for a shot.

They take a long time to refill a prescription, I've been waiting 10 days for my 7-year-old daughter's medicine and nothing..

By far the worst pharmacy in existence. It took me EIGHT trips there just to pick up two prescriptions. They’re always closed even during the hours they claim to be open. When they’re actually there, the lines are obscene, so expect to wait at least an hour. One of my rx’s had the wrong doctors name printed on it… presumably someone entered the info incorrectly, which made me nervous and wondering if they can’t get the doctor’s names right, if my medication itself was correct. My second time filling a rx there, I requested it filled three days in advance, and when I went to pick it up, it still hadn’t been filled. Then the wait to fill it was so long they made me 15 min late to work. I transferred my rx’s to another pharmacy and Walgreens transferred the info incorrectly at HALF the dosage I actually need. When I called to have it corrected they claimed what they sent was correct and then hung up on me. They also tried to tell me my rx (pantoprazole) is otc and to just go buy it at the store instead—which is not true as pantoprazole is a rx only medication. Do they even know what they’re doing?? I had to call my doctor and have him send a new rx to the new pharmacy instead. Such a fiasco.

The staff are great but the 2 stars are due to the fact that I assume they are severely understaffed, leading to absurdly long wait times such as today (waiting one hour with just 3 customers ahead of me). It is common to wait 40 minutes to pick up an rx. There are times when the pharmacy department has go shut down unexpectedly due to staffing shortages. I have always had pleasant experiences with staff once I am able to speak with them though.

The pharmacy is usually slammed but they still get prescriptions filled at a decent time.
