“My usual go to is Gold House. On the rare occasion they don't have it this is my second stop. It's ok - they're in the same family, offerings are different. Entering this store brings you into a store seemingly out of place here. It would look more at home in places like Dallas, Houston, Beverly Hills, very upscale. A great selection of higher end watches and jewelry. The inventory here is quality at a much different price point. But I found what I needed at a nice price. It was a good experience - but one I expected.”

“This store is conveniently located off the Santa Fe square. We looked for a Native American necklace on the Plaza without luck. Then we found True West. Kellie did and exceptional job of educating and showing us the wide selection and possible combinations of necklaces. Although it was difficult to decide, she helped us narrow our selections down to two. We bought one beautiful and versatile necklace at a reasonable price compared to other shops in the area. Highly Recommended and be sure to ask for Kellie.”
