We have been Wells Fargo customers for about 40 years. They have just canceled our checking accounts and refuse to give a reason. We have not been overdrawn. We have numerous payments automatically deducted from our accounts. This is an example of Corporate power at its worst. Don't bank with them.

I still have some accounts at this bank, but after years of bad treatment, it's hard to say why I do. They pay no interest, they provide no service other than basic deposits and cash withdrawals, they have a history of bad actions regarding their accounts, etc etc. And try to speak with a banker. None is ever onsite, and scheduling usually takes a month. And their advertising is completely misleading. It's always the fine print (nowhere evident) that denies the advertised service.

Best Bank in Town. I trust WFC and have done business with them since 1992. The "fake account" thing was just a commission thing. I am for Labor and the workers of WFC. Not their fault and it wasn't as bad as people say. Great team. Thank you!

Understaffed and incompetent management. I needed a simple notary that would take 2 min. and I had to wait 1 hour to be seen by a banker. The manager wasn’t able to properly communicate how long it would take and communicate with her staff.

Went there to do a simple transaction. There was only one teller and the way the manager was handling the situation made the wait time worse. This was around 12:30 pm on a Thursday How about hiring a couple more employees?

You would think that with a healthy six figure cash balance, an income in the mid-six figures and the desire to buy a 30 year mortgage from them I might be able to get ahold of a banker to discuss taking my money from me. But alas, no luck after weeks of trying to reach a person/make a dang appointment. I guess I'll get my mortgage elsewhere.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Such a frustrating experience dealing with all the branches in Santa Fe, NM. We recently setup a new LLC bank account at the Rodeo branch and they sent us debit cards for the wrong account. Tried to email and call the banker 2-3 times but never got a response. So went into the bank and they said I had to make an appt. So I did and came back the next day. Told them they sent us out the wrong debit cards and I was told my wife had to be with me to send out corrected cards. Then on another instance yesterday we walked into the Rodeo branch to send an outgoing wire, for a vehicle purchase. We were told we had to make an appt. for that. So we did for today at 10:30 at the Washington branch. We showed up the the branch at 241 Washington Avenue in Santa Fe and the bank was closed. We never got a call or text explaining any of this so we wasted our morning. Maybe it was the 3 inches of snow we got? Or just decided not to open? Regardless they should have called or text us before we drove across town. Very tempted to just close all our personal and business accounts with them. Sure seems they don't value their customers

Don’t do it. Complete incompetence and management needs transitioned. Felt like I was going into a high school classroom as a substitute teacher with children that should have been held in check a very long time ago. Waste of time to get my help.

Completely incompetent and a waste of time to even engage with staff. When I walked in, all were sitting around chatting. When I asked to inquire about issue I needed help resolving, all staff claimed they had no idea what to do about it. When I found the information online, on Wells Fargo website, they still refused to help, claiming the manager sitting behind and chatting with other non-working employees, and dressed like she was going to a sporting event, was "working on it". Confidence was lost the second I was told they all had absolutely no idea what I was needing help with. Avoid this place!

When we opened our account at Wells Fargo, they made us sign away our right to sue Wells Fargo. Los Alamos National Bank did not ask us to do this. We just got tired of reading about Wells Fargo in the financial pages, we don't want to do business with that kind of bank. Banking is supposed to be boring. We've been customers for years, but finally left WF. It is work to change banks, but I feel better about my money now. Their website is pretty.
