I’ve been trying all day to get them on the phone for a simple question that can’t be answered through their website. Management is not staffing this store adequately.I should add that the staff were very friendly and helpful when I just drove over and went in the store, resolving my issue quickly.

I went in to order foreign currency. Jonathan Trujillo helped me at the counter. He seemed annoyed when I walked up. When he told me the exchange rate, it was significantly higher than the current rate. When I asked him why this was, he just told me he didn't know, looking away from me and mumbling so that I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times, and then finally stared at me expectantly. No offer to find out, no attempt to ask a colleague or manager, no explanation of why the rate was different, no desire to help me at all. I didn't know what to do, so I waited for several painful seconds, and when he continued to stare at me like I was an insect on his windshield, I said thank you and left. That was the worst I have ever been treated by any bank employee. I am looking for a new bank so that I can close all my accounts with Wells Fargo. They've bothered me with their general incompetence as a company for some time, but personal rudeness is too much.

I avoid going inside this location like the plague, but due to showing up late in the day and there being a line in the drive through I was left with no choice but to brave the incredibly rude staff that awaited inside. I should specify, the tellers behind the counter are always pleasant, it's the staff working at their desks that always get up, make their way over to me to have what feels like a very singled out, hostile and backhanded conversation. I am heavily tattooed and pierced, and every time I come into this building I receive comments such as, "Wow, she must think she is interesting", "How do you find a job?" and the worst one I heard at this branch was years ago when I came in to make a deposit and a younger teller gave me a genuine compliment about my hair color, turned to who I assume was her manager and asked if fun hair colors were allowed for employees. To which the woman replied, "Absolutely not, it is so unprofessional. I mean, would you trust someone that looks like HER to handle your money??" I was absolutely mortified by this and vowed to never re-enter that building again until today, where I again received similar treatment.

Try to get my legal document notarized. The front desk staff was helpful and trying to get a manager/notary who is available to help. She expressed some concern, but I didn't know why. After seeing the staff as well as the notary, I am now completely understood. When the front desk staff approached her, she answered with her angry face, saying “NO!” Then she walked towards me and said, “ I have some stuff to do, and it will take at least 20 mins. Your call.” I replied thank you and drove approx. the same amount of time to another Wells Fargo next to the Central UPSP to get my paperwork notarized. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. I don't mind waiting 20 mins or even 30mins, but I don't think I deserve to be disrespected. I am also not sure if I need to make an appointment before coming to the back. If it's a requirement, I have no problem following it, but I am not acknowledged it. If you don't like what you are doing, don't do it.

Not very bright at this location! I lost my wallet and did not have my ID or my check card. I did have my conceal carry license and I visited the branch and they would not accept my conceal carry license as a valid ID - I called and spoke to a manager at another branch (this one not accepting phone calls becuase call volume was too high) and he told me any location would be able to help me with my conceal carry license. Its harder to get a conceal carry than both a drivers license and a passport. They wouldn't allow me to access my $$$ becuase I didnt have my check card or credit card- hello - its in my lost wallet. I won't keep my money in an institution that doesn't respect a government issued ID. - They treated my like I was there to steal something -time to change banks!
