I received a new watch as a birthday gift but hated the stock band. I looked up watch repair in Santa Fe and World Class Watches was the first result. They swapped out the band for a nice leather one. Service was quick and courteous. As I waited while one of the guys was doing my job, I watched a couple of other customers also being taken care of and I’m guessing they felt well treated too. My only regret is I put extra money in the parking meter because I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes!

The younger watchmaker has repaired clasps on two Rolex watches for me, and refused to accept payment either time because it just took him a few minutes. Hard to find a business like that anymore. My highest ratings, without reservations.

I went into world-class watches to look for a watch as a gift. They treated me wonderfully. Worked with me on price and making sure that I got the best gift. I would go into them again and again without question for everything from batteries to service to another purchase. These guys know how to treat a customer. Ten thumbs up.

I have been working with World Class for years and they are the best! They have fixed numerous watches including bad old services on vintage watches, unfortunate accidents on my part and of course, routine services.They are extremely fair and reasonable in their pricing, the speed is notable and the customer service is excellent!I am a watch reseller and when customers ask me where to get their watches serviced, I always recommend these guys!They also have an incredibly fun inventory of vintage watches, from Rolex and Omega to Cartier and even some of the more obscure vintage names that watch nerds like myself enjoy!

The store is in an obscure office building and not easy to find. Once you do find the mostly unmarked entrance to building, you have to wander down a hallway to find this place. There are only two small cases with Swiss brand watches. Most are in good condition and are Omega. There are a few other affordable ones made by Rolex. There specialty is really more maintenance of watches and conditioning them. Very small little place, I would call ahead and make sure there is something you like before going. They also do consignment. They're very friendly and is a father and son business.
