About Blue Hole
Blue Hole is a really beautiful and amazing place, very close to the highway, making it a perfect stop on a trip. The water is super cold and really deep, but the refreshing feeling upon jumping in is all worth it. There are two diving spots, which are perfectly safe and integrated into the landscape, adding to the feeling of an endless cave. The location is a bit tucked away behind a dive shop, so visitors should confirm they are at the right place. Many come to cool off, warm up, or have a blast. The experience is nerve-racking but fun, with a higher and a lower jump. While the drop isn't very big, the shock of the cold water is the biggest thing. After jumping, it takes awhile to swim to the entrance. The site includes a play area and obstacle course in the lake that is fun for kids, teens, and adults, and there is also an area for very young children. Good food is available. It can get crowded, with many hanging around the edges watching, while others stay in the shallow section where you can stand up. Note that operating hours for attractions may differ from online listings. It is a definite place to have fun, though some note there is no need to drive hours for it.

Matt and I stopped here moving him from Oregon to Georgia in January. It was cold and windy, there was no one here except us, so we jumped in... The water's fine! It was actually fairly warm. Meat place to stop to cool off, or warm up.

My and my family had so much fun . They even had an area for my 1 year old she had a blast and the obstacle course was so much fun for kids and adults . Definitely a place to cool off and have fun and they had good food .
