The Hampton Inn Santa Rosa is a mixed bag, with both positive and negative reviews from guests. The hotel is described as dated but clean and comfortable, making it a good option for disabled travelers. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, though some guests have reported less than warm greetings upon arrival. The hotel's amenities, such as the heated pool and hot tub, are well-liked, and the free breakfast is a convenient perk. However, the location may not have the best dining options, with the hotel offering some in-house snacks and meals. Cleanliness is a strength, with rooms described as clean, though the overall quality may not quite meet Hilton's usual standards. Some guests have expressed disappointment with the lack of perks for loyal Hilton customers. Overall, the Hampton Inn Santa Rosa seems to be an adequate choice, particularly for those seeking a comfortable and clean stay. While it may not be the most modern or luxurious option, the hotel appears to provide a decent experience for those passing through the area.
Hospitality is here! Rain welcomed us with freshly baked cookies and a warm smile, Carlos sent us off with full bellies from a super yummy free breakfast and water for the trip! Rooms were clean and comfy, staff was happy and helpful and an overall feeling of being Home away from home. Everything was lovely ♡♡♡ Thank... read full comment

Alas, it was sold out. Serves me for not booking in advance but then I didn't expect to be caught in unusually bad traffic in Albuquerque. (Thanks to unclear directions, I spent an hour wandering before managing back to the I-40.)
