“The entire staff is great. My slight issue with the apartment is the carpet, porch light fixture sitting in the hallway, and no light fixtures in the bedrooms. Other than that the complex is quiet, clean & in an awesome location.”

“I've had a great stay living here. It is indeed pricey, but the location is central to my going in and out. Maintenance is very responsive and everything works about 85-88% of the time. The apartment tenants are pretty good, sometimes there is noise from the nearby establishments or maybe neighbors, but a nice call to your friendly non-emergency line can will quickly solve your problems”

“Amazing landscaping and grounds! The staff is nice, and the vast amount of trees around the property really add to the environment! New amenities and updates have really made it nice here!”

“I’ve been here 3.5 months so far and the two maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly. Maintenance staff is super friendly and very professional. Leasing staff is available and helpful when I’ve had anything I needed addressed. The apartments could use some upgrades but you can see where the maintenance staff is always working on something so they seem to stay busy. Luis, leasing manager is great!”

“I loved my time at Santi, overall. The pool and Elmont were awesome. No pests, clean and simple living space. I will share what i didn’t like: 1. Parking. Consistent non-residents taking up the entire lot and never getting towed. As a night shift worker, I had to park on the street outside of the parking lot every time I got back after 7pm. Unacceptable considering you are supposed to have a Monticello parking sticker to be able to park here. Residents shouldn’t have to risk getting clipped by parallel parking on Castellano. 2. Storage: I am a cyclist, skier, and softball player. This apartment offers NO outdoor storage and if you dare place your bike or outdoor gear on your porch, you will get a nasty gram from management. 3. Maintenance timeline. When I had maintenance issues (fridge leak, shower pressure) they show up without advising you. I wanted to be there to show them the issues and they were never really fixed because it all happened when I was at work. 4. Apartment gym: since they opened the elmont gym, the Santi gym treadmills have been broke for 9 months. The door was also broken and inaccessible with the apartment key fob any time before 10am. I understand the new gym was open, however I should have access to the Santi gym. 5. Overzealous management emails: the fist two days I lived here, I was moving in and left boxes outside my door so that I could collect them and carry them to the dumpster. I got emails with photos of my boxes staying I was violating my lease by placing boxes outside my door. I apologize that I didn’t immediately take all boxes to the trash; however I was moving in and it takes more than 30 seconds to remove all of my boxes. 6. Price: I doubt this will change, but for the price of a 1br apartment I at least expect responsive maintenance, a secure parking lot with enforced towing, and pool area maintenance to include usable chairs, trash cleaned out of the pool area, and pool cleaning on a consistent basis. Again, I overall really enjoyed my time at Santi. But, for the price, I do expect a bit more, and I sincerely hope my review is taken to heart. I’ll be moving back to El Paso soon and would love to make Santi my home again.”

“KARI GREAT ASSISTANT MANAGER ALWAYS VERY COMPREHENSIVE WITH THE TENANTS ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING VERY HELPFUL WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE DEALS WITH THEM QUICKLY AND VERY PROFFESIONALLY OVER ALL OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR MAINTENANCE TEAM ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL I CURRENTLY LIVE HERE AND KARI AND THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE OF THE UPMOST RESPECT AND CARING TO THEIR TENANTS NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ITS JUST UNFORTUNATE THAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENTS OR REMARKS WHEN SOME OF THE ISSUES ARE OUT OF THEIR CONTROL....
