“This is in my top 5 favorite dollar stores in El Paso! As someone who visits many dollar stores for things like candy, snacks, wrapping paper, birthday cards, and other basic stuff like that...this is a very, very good one! They normally have a pretty good stock of items whether it be everyday items or items needed for holidays (Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other big holiday) They have a big selection of candy, snacks, drinks, and food. Sometimes if you're lucky, you can find some funfetti pillsbury items that are usually like $3/$4 at places like Walmart (and no they aren't expired or even close to being expired). They have a huge variety of birthday birthday party stuff as well. From decorations, to wrapping paper, and cards. The one note I have is that they don't have many employees (and this is the case pre covid as well) and so the wait times are pretty long sometimes but other than that, it is a great dollar store!”
“This DG is the cleanest one in the area. Mary and Zulema are very good managers. I go out of my way to go to this one rather than the one closest to me in Anthony”
“Always a good place to go get missing items when cooking. It has a little bit of everything, breakfast, lunch, of dinner. The snack (chips, cookies, etc.) is also very good and always stocked. There is also a good quantity of cleaning materials, party supplies, office supplies and medicine. It's obviously not indented to be supermarket, it severs it's purpose very well especially when it's conveniently located. Surprisingly they also have a good stock of Mexican food items and condiments. I often find myself going here to grab milk, bread, cheese, detergent, condiments and some other items, great service. Sometimes there is a long line, about 5 people but they'll quickly open a second register. Plus this beats driving 10-15 minutes away to Walmart and all the traffic and standing in line at Walmart with 1 or 2 people but with full cart of groceries.”
“The best guest/customer service I have ever had in a long time. Sabrina provided the best service. She greeted me. Thanked me. She is very helpful. Nice great attitude. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I will be doing more shopping at this location. We need more employees like Sabrina. Happy positive attitude. A wonderful person. The store was clean and organized. All the employees greeted me and asked if I need help. when I went on 12/17/23 at 10:03am at the doniphan location 5100 doniphan Dr. I will shop more there. Thank you”
“Neighborhood Store In Desert End Shopping Plaza. Always a pleasant cashier. Store is cluttered with carts that block pathways, as they are always getting new things on the shelf and taking them off, to be expected. Has local favs, my fav is Mazapan, de la Rosa, Dulce De Cacahuate.”

“Awesome store, really great customer service, but the aisles are usually a mess. Why didn't I doc a star for that? Because it's the dollar, and there's always a mess somewhere in the dollar general. It's part of the experience.”
“They have some good prices and good selection on housewares, candies, decorations, cards etc. They have cleaning supplies, some food items, snacks, balloons and several other items. Staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Even though I sometimes have issues with their app, I still come to this location every once in awhile. I like to use their app because it offers coupons. Dollar General is a good place to come if you're only looking for a couple of items. They have a $1 aisle with items like dish washing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, soap, etc. The employees at this location are nice and helpful. During the COVID-19 quarantine, I was thrilled to find paper towels here! I hadn't been able to find any for about a month, maybe longer. I was pretty upset when I saw an elderly woman put 20 to 30 packs of toilet paper in her cart! She wiped out the store! I let it go but really should've spoken up. Talk about greed! Maybe I should've followed her to her house! I'm kidding people! If she lived through the Great Depression, she is fully stocked already. I'll be coming here again, especially during this time. Maybe next time they'll be stocked up with more toilet paper!”

“I love the staff here they are so friendly and helpful. This one is close to my job so it’s easy to go there then come home. The reason for the 5 stars is the staff mainly and how clean the store is. This staff and their manager keep up with the cleanness and the organization of their store. Nothing is really ever out of place.”

“Honestly I was surprised with the selection they offer. I use to be a family dollar type of shopper, but quickly realized that Dollar General offers more products. This place is convenient if you need to pick up a few things and don’t want to drive down Artcraft. Back streets allow for easy access, and the manager is friendly. Love the selection and the convenience.”

“I never really go to this location because the employees are rude. However i was in a rush and had no choice but to go to this particular store. To my surprise this time, this very nice employee named melody helped me find everything and answered any and all questions without any hesitations. She changed my view on the company. Ill definitely be going back!”
