Horrible service. I was in the restroom when my package came driver couldn’t even give me minute before the left with a package that required a signature. Horrible customer service I would never recommend FedEx over UPs to anyone.

The driver says that he tried to deliver but I’ve been home all day and he never tried any damn thing. I called them to discuss this year to know if they’ll anywhere a waste of time.

Cant ever speak to a person, that stupid system doesn’t get the tracking numbers right, my package has been at the Santa Teresa facility for 3 days!!

Delivery driver said they tried to deliver a package to my house but never once did they show up on my security cameras...UPS drove by but Fedex never drove by let alone did anyone come to my door with a package. I am going to have to pick up the package because I do not trust them to deliver it tomorrow. From here on i will always try to talk to online stores i make purchases from to not use Fedex.

Horrible! Talked to two different representatives and got two different responses. One said I could pick up locally and the other said no that's no possible. There was no attempt at delivering my package. There is always someone at my house. Horrible service.

The santa teresa location cannot deliver packages to our office. Second shipment through that hub. Even after talking to customer service ( very difficult to get a hold of a human) still did not deliver. Fedex stinks.

UNPROFESSIONAL FACILITY!! Do not use this location for shipment/deliveries - they have failed to deliver an important package on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and they still didn’t deliver the following business day either so we called customer service and were transferred to this location & they said they didn’t have our address and won’t deliver until Monday?!? What!!?? They clearly have every excuse under the book but than actually doing their job. take your business to UPS or USPS

It took me 30 seconds to get from my sofa to the door just to find a “sorry we missed you” note. Called the 1-800 number immediately and was told they have no way of communicating with their drivers! Totally unacceptable.

DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES ON TIME! Pray that you never have to deal with this location. Every package I have had the misfortune of competing through this facility has never been delivered on time. No reasoning behind their lack of timing or meeting bare minimum expectations because I have had the location in Anthony, New Mexico deliver to me with no issues most of the time. Filing multiple reports with FedEx does nothing because this facility has not changed for the better.

Delivery personal always go the extra mile to get the package delivered.
