If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only was the staff rude to my daughter, my husband, and I but my daughter went to the bathroom at 8:55pm and when I came to use the restroom at 9:00pm, I was told that the manager didn't want them to stay late. The gentleman mopping the floors by the restroom only grunted at me to look at the unlit restroom sign. Seriously? I will NEVER buy anything or stop in that miserable town of Shiprock ever again!

BEWARE!!! MAKE SURE THE ASAOCIATES ARE PUTTING THE CORRECT PRICE. SEVERAL TIMES IVE BEEN OVERCHARGED ON SEVERAL ITEMS.

This is a very clean and well-managed gas station. I highly recommend it if traveling through Shiprock, NM on the way to Cortez Colorado. They're very well stocked with sodas and snacks. I'm not sure if the humongous Reese's peanut butter cups are yearround or a seasonal novelty. ;)

Clean and well maintained with courteous, friendly staff. In contrast to nearly every other gas stationb I've been to over the last month, they had window squeegees that were in good condition.

Small but great for its size. Clean bathrooms, good selection of drinks and food, and really nice people working there.

Just tried calling to see if open and if truck parking. They use smart call blocker so it monitors well they just blocked possible customer that's a trucker and if I park I buy upon parking and b4 leaving so guess yall don't want customers

The lady who works there is such a Karen...she yelled at me for not having a mask, when I ask if she had one she complained about it then practically threw towards me not even at me....ridiculous she needs better customer service skills she's absolutely rude. NEVER AGAIN SATAN!

Went to Dino Mart here in Shiprock I received the worst customer service ever. I walked in the cashier (Small, short haired lady with glasses) was getting coffee I stood there n watched her walk to register she set her coffee down and slowly walked towards me. No eye contact, no greeting, no smile. I said Hi, $10 on 1. Still nothing she then walked back to her register and nothing still. Last time ill ever go there. She should be happy she has a job. I understand some customers are rude but I wasn't.

This store needs to train their cashiers on better customer service because a employee by the name of CHRIS just shortchanged me and I demanded he refund me.All customers should be treated with respect and never argue with a customer because the customer is always right! He was very rude and unprofessional!
