1. The young female clerks really need customer service training. They are very obnoxious with haughty attitudes. Treat your own Diné people respectfully, especially the elderlies. I've had documents literally thrown back at me since I lacked one document in #2. I had to return the next day as I live 35 miles away.
2. If the staff are very restrictive on po box renewal policies (specific types of ID), take it a step further and do something about enforcing handicap parking areas. In 20 minutes observing customer parking, 9 non-handicap customers used your handicap parking. All are about 30 to 40 years, very agile and no placards shown. This is a very common occurrence right in your front door. I require aids in walking and am a handicapped elderly. I had to park near the south entrance.
I had to voice my concern but I am sure there will be no response and no corrective actions will be taken.

Must be really odd. Sent my mail back - twice. First time said postage due but I'd put more than enough on.Then (clowns) sent it back - wrote refused on it. Zero points is what they merit. Guess it's time to contact Postal Inspector. Glad I don't have to rely on the idiots that seem to work there.TURNS OUT SENT BACK SO AS TO NOT PAY POSTAGE OR USE FREE USPS MAILING. Confusing.

Picked up a package was in line behind an elderly woman. She was also picking up a package the woman behind the counter told her she would put the package n a cart and it was a huge package n the employee just left no assistance whatsoever. So another woman behind me asked someone to help (my cousin) he carried it out to her truck. I was shocked that the employee didn't help but I noticed that she's not very nice either she's new. What if the elderly woman hurt herself trying to carry that package. That wasn't right cart or no cart how was she going to load it into her vehicle.

Really a Zero star review. We always, have issues with receiving packages. Even though we pay the extra amount to use the "street" address we are told we need to receive packages. Our recent packages was "refused by recipient" and "sent back to shipper" BUT our package was found 85 miles away in MANY FARMS ARIZONA sitting at a cattle guard. A kind Stanger took it upon herself to find us and give us our package. Which wasn't just small package, it was a huge package, a saddle.. I'm not sure who's really at fault here, FedEx or the postal services. This isn't our first time having trouble receiving packages. The same lady at the front gives us a hard time constantly.

Shiprock Post Office they have very rude & unprofessional employees that work their looking at the customer with the native glare and not doing the job in a understanding professional matter.

Very rude workers, Everytime. They send your packages back if they aren't picked up within 2 or 3 days when some people only go to the post office once a week. They also don't have any manners whatsoever and are rude when you are sending packages to other countries.

Worst post office service I know. Mail is always delayed. My tracking showed that a package was here, yet they take 2 days to put it in my box. Worst service ever! I'm glad I'm switching mailing service. And yes people are right, the workers don't help or ignore you.
