12th St Laundryland is a laundromat with lots of commercial machines that work good and are clean. Everything was clean, with staff thoroughly cleaning each machine. The location is great, being next to a gas station and close to fast food places. The staff are mostly friendly and people who regular the place are usually pretty chill, though some people in there are crazy. The washers are too shallow and too pricey. While clothes get clean, the cleaning can be inconvenient, with staff moving fast around customers. The floors can look bad and dirty, and locked restrooms are very inconvenient. Overall, it is a great place where they haven't been jerks about closing time.

Now I usually have 100 pounds of laundry and I usually get locked in there because it's impossible for me to get anywhere in time so I rush through 50 loads and try to beat the closing time. It usually doesn't happen and they haven't been jerks about it. So that's cool. And my clothes get clean, so that's cool.
