Wanted to buy a wooden console, but they loaded a damaged one in my car. Had to go all the way back to get a replacement only to find they had none that were undamaged. Asked if I could get a discount for the damage and the inconvenience of having to bring it back. He quoted something very low so I cancelled the purchase. I asked why he didn't point out the damage before we purchased it and he said he thought we wanted it like that. The next day I found the same console (with no damage) across town for $100 cheaper.

What a pleasure to have this store available to us. Have stopped a few times over the years, always greeted graciously here. Finally made a purchase. Bought two beds, these folks know there merchandise ! Got two lovely Serta mattresses. They are just the best! That's the mattresses , the gentlemen that did the delivery were outstanding! Can't say enough about those two gentlemen. Thank you for your great service!

Gerald sold us a new fridge this morning and with the help of Juan, able to deliver it this afternoon as my old one gave up last night! It is so great shopping local and getting great customer service! I totally recommend Furniture Gallery for not only Furniture but appliances also. Got a better deal than going out of town to a big box store! Thanks!
