2435 US-180, Silver CityBest vet ever! Dr Wilmeth is kind and caring and so is his staff. Not only did he come out to the lobby when our 131 pound German shepherd was so terrified we couldn’t get him in the room, but when our other shepherd got bit by a rattler he met us at his office to treat her. And he was beyond reasonable in cost. Can’t say enough about this gentle kind vet.

With two Heeler mix dogs (one dealing with cancer, sadly), two cats, and 3 ferrets ('house otters', lol) I know I can feel confident in their good care and good rapport with the doctor and all his staff.

300 N Arizona St, Silver CityWriting as a tourist, this cafe seems to incapsulate what Silver City is- a little random, a little hippie, a little shabby-chic, and always chill. The interior is eclectic, as are the people, and you can tell the locals really feel comfortable here and that vibe extends to visitors.
The quiches are good, the egg have that good slightly runny texture. The crust gets a little soggy, but who's eating quiche for the crust?
The stand out drink to me was the gilded matcha, a mix of turmeric and matcha not to be missed.

Chinese Palace Restaurant
1010 US-180, Silver CityWe were visiting Silver City as tourists and decided to try Chinese Palace Restaurant. It was a great find! The food was delicious and tasted like authentic Chinese, not the usual Americanized stuff with too much sugar. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. The broccoli beef was amazing and the curry chicken was phenomenal!
The owner was really nice and caring—she took time to chat with us and suggest some dishes. You can tell she’s an amazing cook. Good service and reasonable prices too. If you’re in town and want real Chinese food, this is the place. Definitely recommend it!

614 N Bullard St, Silver CityThis is my opinion, Make sure you come through the right door not the side door. No signage to the glass door for no entry. One of the Customer Service Representatives was a bit rude when I asked to change my fries to Onion rings, they did look Bombulicious when someone else had them on their order. I had the Mexican Patty Meltthe bacon i added to it complimented the sandwich well with the green chili. Glad I changed my forest to the onion rings. Suggest to have the Rings with Ranch, either or they still had a wonderful taste. If you want to feel secluded I suggest sitting in the booths.

1740 US-180, Silver CityFriendly service and relaxing atmosphere. The egg drop soup was delicious. The Las Vegas Roll was tasty. The walnut shrimp was yummy. The General Tsao Delight was scrumptious. Fried rice was best I've had in a while. Will definitely return.
