“Glen was extremely helpful and had the best customer service I’ve seen in this town!! However I was disappointed with the older lady thinking he made some mistakes when it was actually another employee. Glen really made my day and we truly need more of him here! The one thing I was very sad about was, I asked two questions when I walked in, do you sell car batteries and can you install one for me. The answer to both questions was yes. After coming back inside to get the correct battery because the lady grabbed the wrong one, the older lady said the girl with the car battery is going to have to wait until we clear the customers out of the store. I thought I was a paying customer as I bought a car battery. I shouldn’t have to wait. I had a job to get to myself. After waiting for all the customers to clear out, Glenn asked the older lady if he had permission to go install my battery. She started to say how they don’t install batteries for customers and blah blah. Glen had no idea they didn’t install them and neither did because I asked the younger lady if they do and she said yes. For bein a small town, I was kinda disappointed in the lack of help for the community.”
