Slowest place to be slowest workers specially the big lady

The damn lady had me waiting there for a while HOUR!!! not only did I not get any help or info she let people behind me go in front of me and help them instead of me patiently waiting while more customers piled in behind me!! Awful customer service and help should definitely look for another worker.

For atleast three days now the las vegas store has been closed without even a sign saying the system is down and had lost phone service cause the bill was due during the closure and without a debit card or credit card so i am stuck paying cash.
