Called and a female answered the phone as if she had just rolled over in bed, mind you it was 1:00pm in the after noon. All she said was hello? Not thank you for Calling Hicks towing, just hello! It’s clearly not the female’s business, because her phone etiquette and communication skills were horrible. If you need to be towed out of Socorro you’re better off making arrangements with another out of town company that will value your business and treat you like they appreciate your business. The fees Hicks towing adds to your bill are just outrageous, they do this so they can put a lean on your vehicle and keep it.Jesus Knows

Hicks picked up the vehicle on a police impound; thank you again adult child.They made my experience getting the vehicle back pain free. They were very nice to me for what could otherwise had been a very difficult situation.Service: Car towing

Its a towing place. I was told that if there police are towing your vehicle you can ask them to tow it to your address not the yards since you are paying for it.

Very Polite helpful. I'm a Tow truck Driver my self job at all angles is very complex and dangerous, as temper flare do to break downs frustrations build, Nice to know work with people understand the business. Sometimes the family running these Tow Company's hat the hardest hit with frustration. Thank you

very rude, and after a bad rollover accident, completely unhelpful and basically didnt care about whether or not i retrieved valuables from my car.
