Do not do business with this bank. I have a loan and they thier automatic payments do not work. They have threatened me to take my car after a one month late payment for the mess up on the automatic payments. I have even went to their main branch and complained. Their response was they could not do anything or even apologize. And if you check their BBB ratings you can see that their customer service are terrible.

I have a loan serviced through this CU and I will make sure never to deal with them again. They don't have options to pay online, or by phone. They told me I could go into a branch, but there are none in my city. Don't deal with them find a modern bank with the features we should all expect by this point.

I opened my account at the Socorro Nusenda branch (it was then the New Mexico Educator's Credit Union) in 2013 and they have provided my banking since. While I do most of that banking using there excellent online banking app, I have had occasion to visit the Socorro and other branch offices several times. Without exception, my experiences with Nusenda staff have been positive. Several times they have gone way out of their way to accommodate my needs.

Good: I think the new Nusenda is quite nice. The staff are always very friendly to me and assist me with whatever I need. Good Handicap ramps.

I have run into too many obstacles doing business here, and they are clearly due to ignorance. Today, I took the homeowners insurance check that they would not deposit and used it to open an account at First State Bank. There have been other ridiculous issues. I closed my Nusenda account - do not need the aggravation.

I have had my loan serviced with this company for 6 years and it has always been an up hill battle with these people. I will never, NEVER, do business with them again. If you like to be lied to, and pay for fees that should have never been there in the first place, then this is place for you! They placed forced insurance on my car and never notified me about it. On top of that, they have been charging me late fees because the forced insurance caused my payment to go up. I recommend that if you do business with these people to keep a very close eye on how they handle their accounts. They increased my payment $15 and never notified me and then charged me $17 in late fees each month and when did we finally find out about this? A year later, when I got a notification that I was a whole payment past due. I know this is wrong and how does the company fix this awful error? They don't and repeatedly said they contacted, when they didn't. Terrible service, terrible company, do not do business here.

Would be 5 stars, but after 15 years they suddenly started placing NINE DAY holds on checks. Never in the history of banking has it taken 9 days to clear a check. Clearly their software is out of date, which makes me worry. I'll probably looking for a new credit union soon.
