I bought a home that had a Pinnacle Propane tank set up on the property already, so I set up an account for convenience. Bad decision. First issue- they double billed me for a delivery. I called them, sent them my credit card statements showing both charges, and they agreed they had messed up but they never made it right. So I switched suppliers. This was seven months ago. They still have not come to pick up their tank. Every time I call they say they will get that taken care of right away, but the tank is still there. Avoid these folks. The incompetence level is off the charts.

Update on my review... things have gotten worse over time, we couldn’t get them to deliver propane. We were even scheduled for mo they delivery when we ran out we called and still couldn’t get them to deliver. Changed our rented tanks to purchased tanks and we can now buy from whom ever we want and who has the best service!Always have the best price. You have to plan ahead as they are tight staffed and don't have extra employees. It is sometimes hard to get in contact with them.

I called at 8:11 am stating that we were on 0% had no hot water to shower for a doctor’s appointment. She said they would be in my area and no problem added me to the list for delivery. I called again at 11:00 asked if they could make sure water heater was lit and that my husband had taken down the door to get the water heater easier. Again was told OK great I’ll let the driver know. I called back at 3:44 pm and told them they still had not come and please make sure they didn’t forget me. Here it is 10:00 pm and still no delivery and showering in cold water. We had stated a year ago we wanted to be in a stay full list but again that never had happened. Unreal, unreliable, liars. We are definitely VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this company! UGH! Don’t get them get another company!

not happy, the new office employee never returns calls i went three days at zero percent because she claimed she told driver but Neil said that driver was not aware i needed propane. i call leave message no call back. never had that problem with the past staff.

This office is closed and TorC office closed. ??? Now we have to go through Silver City.You can pay your bill on line and even have a credit and they turn you over to collections. No way to run a business.

I just bought a property. The previous owner had Pinnacle. I decided to continue with them for convenience. Even my real estate agent vouched for them, Carrie Gibbs, Coldwell Banker, and was involved in the transaction. The worst decision in my life.Neal/Neil came out and said there was a gas leak. He checked all the connections. He was on the floor working near my water heater for over a half-hour. Then he said it was the regulator and replaced the regulator. That took about three hours total.I suspect that the hot water heater is where he created the gas leak, because, lo and behold, a week later I cannot breathe and am getting sicker and sicker by the day, feeling like I was going to pass out. I had been running the tank for two weeks prior with the previous supply of gas from the previous owner with no problem.I went to the office and wanted my service disconnected. Shelly said that they have up to a month to pick up the tank. When I said I was getting another company to check everything out, Pinnacle came out the same day and picked up my tank.Thank God I am alive today to write this and maybe thwart another event like this. I am now without a water heater and a gas furnace heater, and gas stove because I am not sure what he did to those appliances either.

The woman Shelley is very rude. I asked to receive a receipt of delivery because i got a big bill but had no receipts for the fills. I paid the bill but she then decided she was not going to send the driver to fill my tank because I questioned her. So I am now out of propane and I just found out that she told him not to fill it this morning when I called. She was very rude about the whole thing. So I guess everyone is just supposed to pay whatever she says with no receipts of fill? It really is a shame because the driver is really nice.

Had a sign on the door would return in 15 minutes, off to the bank. I waited 35 minutes before I went elsewhere. They only fill propane tanks at the store 3 days a week.
