The Braun Co - RadioShack Dealer is a local electronics shop. It can be a little pricey and the stock is a little outdated and unorganized, but it reliably has rare components and cables that are hard to find elsewhere. The store carries tiny components like capacitors and resistors. The person who runs the place is interesting to talk to. It is highly recommended for those who need specific items without a long wait.
My family travels full-time, so we have the opportunity to look for stuff in brick-n-mortar establishments nationwide. This is the only place I've EVER been able to find a mini displayport to displayport cable. I'm in a big city right now, and can't source one to save my life. My right arm for Socorro Radio Shack!

Quite surprised to find a radio shack here. Most stuff was a little too expensive, a little outdated and a little unorganized but this is just how I wanted to see it as this is exactly how I remember radio shacks looking.

The owners are the best and they still have everything needed for ham radio and general electronics projects.
