I asked about a couple simple missing parts on a used car I bought. They took photos of my car and said they’d look up the parts and get back to me. Over the course of many weeks, I called a couple times to follow up and visited the shop again in person. I was told I was moved to higher priority on their list. Eventually I gave up and got the parts at Toyota dealer in Abq. I never heard back.

I had a window break on me over last weekend and needed to get it replaced. I called them the first day they were open and they got the window in the next day. They installed the window in an hour and it's like it never happened. Great service that I highly recommend for auto repairs!
