Came here because I was in need for a new phone and was ready/available for an upgrade. Phone was ridiculously overpriced, and all the devices that Verizon told me they would take, even the "any condition" phones. Refused to take my phone because the screen was cracked, even though it states in the policy is fine, and tradeable. Talked with a Verizon representative online to find that out.Later ended up trading in BOTH a tablet and another phone, thinking I'll get at least $100 off the way overpriced phone. Just for me to learn later with my bill that it was used to pay for the case and screen (500% price increase from what you can buy on Amazon or ebay, don't get them, scam).Go back later to ask about this whole issue just to see that he doesn't work there anymore? Absolute scam business. Buy your phone online or from costco.Don't go here

Waited an hour while they never resolved the other client's issue. Once my turn came, I was told no services could be completed because there was no wifi. Even that all sample devices were connected to the wifi!!We try then to complete the sale through the Verizon Customer Service phone just to waist another hour of my life.

The owner ignored me and talked with her friend about her life story for ten minutes before I walked out. I was there to replace a phone. You lost a sale. I hope your business fails. That's not how you run a company.

There has been such an employee turnover here, its hard to keep count.! Their claim , at this particular store, Russell Cellular, is they are a family business with customer satisfaction at the forefront of their mission statement,.. all lies! They can care less who you are, how they treat you and what issues occur with their services, AS LONG AS YOU are paying, that's all that matters.Nice size store...there's the positive.

I changed my 5 star to a 1 star. If 0 stars were an option, that's what you would get. My phone that was supposed to be used towards an upgrade was stolen and I never got my upgrade. I have spoken to everybody that I could. They made me jump through hoops to prove I gave them a phone. Both associates quit not even a week later. I had the guy that was working there go to the store and write a statement stating I handed him the phone and they asked me to do that! Still wasnt enough! Come to find out this is a common thing over there. Wonder what the lawyers are say.

They're doing their best.They have a bit of a small staff, which works against them as they're really the only game in town. And because this IS socorro, you'll just about have to custom order what you're after but they facilitate the process and make it easy on you. They don't try to upsell and instead actually focus on the wants and needs of the customer.Further, they do have a great deal of integrity and firmly communicate what they can and cannot do. They also give you advise as to where to go if they cannot meet your requirements. To me that is important; having the maturity to say "I do not know, but I can point you in the right direction" is an attitude that should be fostered more. Deculture.

Came here to sign up on a Verizon plan on my new phone. There were some internet issues delaying the process, due to high winds in the area. However, the staff including manager Cristina stayed late for 1.5 hours after store closing hours to see to it that my new phone and plan were working. Very impressed!
