This bank needs a total overhaul of the entire staff. The employees are always in a really bad mood, they have ZERO sense of urgency, you wait forever to be helped, then you are treated as if they are doing you a favor. The employees park under all of the outside tellers leaving only one window open, which says “commercial only” but it doesn’t get enforced. Since being robbed twice in the last year, Wells Fargo now violates your 4th amendment right by making you surrender your ID to conduct any kind of transaction, even if you are only making a deposit, or exchanging 2 dimes & a nickel for a quarter, it’s ridiculous. I no longer do business at the Socorro Wells Fargo, I hope all the disgruntled ladies that work at that branch find peace, a new boyfriend, lover or something before they chase off more customers.

Made an appointment to open a new account. Showed up and was told that no one wrote down our appointment. Was spoken to like it was my fault. Was told she was to busy to help us. We will be banking elsewhere.

They NEVER answer their phone. I will be opening an account somewhere else solely on their customer service. It’s non existent.

We love Ana!! She's always so nice and always gets us back on track.. Miss some of the tellers that are no linger there but there are still a couple good ones!!

Everytime I cash a check there's always a hidden fee. I have never had so many complications at one bank. Getting penalized for not using my card enough is wierd.
