“I was at this post office on 10/14/25 at about 3:30 PM and watched an exchange between a customer (Kiara I’m guessing that’s you name) and the front counter. The customer had paid to intercept a package but came in with very little information and expected staff to find it instantly. The clerk stayed calm and helpful throughout, while the customer was rude and impatient. If you’re asking for assistance, come prepared and treat staff with respect; they were professional under pressure.”

“i feel bad for this lady that works there, she's always in a bad mood. A while back when i used to sell clothes online, i would ship packages after hours and one night put them through the drop-off area and i heard that lady scream her lungs out complaining about people coming in dropping off packages so late. Genuinely sad for her because you can tell she's burnt out and tired.”

“Overall a great experience
I had an appointment for my daughters first passport, i arrived almost an hour early and right away they helped me out.
2 and a half week later i got the passport.”
