The "postmaster" needs to learn how to interact with the public. He "David Mullins" had terrible people skills. I watched a video where he lied to the cops about a father and son filiming in public. He needs to a demotion while the very nice woman employee needs a promotion.

Just watched a video of postmaster David Mullins trying to lie about an individual causing a disturbance. Then he was confronted about it and tried to weasel his was out of the situation. Please tell me he's still not employed there. Very ignorant and egotistical public servant

We went to apply for a US Passport for our 6 year old daughter. The bad reviews worried me some, but the whole process was fast and pleasant. The young man that handled it was efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location for your passport application.

All staff are lazy , and won't do anything for you . Poor customer service. Also they make you wait while their at the back chatting it up

Lady at the counter with 5 in nails... made upHER own rules about about what is needed to process a passport! I called dept of state to ask and she told me all the documents I presented was ALL that I should’ve needed! Needless to say she blew me off, and said I needed to reschedule!

The lady that works there is very unprofessional and rude. She does not have a clue that she is a governmental employee funded by tax-payers money who is employed for the sole purpose to provide service to community. She thinks it is a private entity and can deny service to anyone as she pleases. She needs to be fired.The supervisor was no good either but he did not have the audacity to be as rude as the lady with long nails that works there. Most useless set of governmental employees I have ever seen.

The lady is not professional at all, she made me go back and forth 2 times to finally tell me that I had to do the whole process again. I had to go to another office where they could help me without any problem and they told me that I was the 4th person on the day that I went and complained about that person.

This lady was not only rude but also very unknowledgeable in passport procedures. Very frustrating to follow every guideline according to the Department of State, and have previous experiences at other post offices, but to be held up at the mercy of this unprofessional government employee who decides to implement restrictions of her own. She needs a reevaluation.
