I have been trying to get Amerigas to mail my bills for more than a year. Instead, I get late notices. It is the most frustrating and awful customer service of any company I deal with. If I could use someone else, I absolutely would but you own my buried tank.

I called several times over the summer to report my tank level, however my automatic refill service did not take affect. My tank was at 11%. No delivery took place until I waded through the automated call experience to speak to a representative. I have been a customer for many years. What glitch in the system made me BEG for propane fill up?

It was OK this time. The c/s person communicated well. Your company NEEDS to have the call center located in America staffed by Americans. I have tried previously to communicate with your call center and gave up due to the fact that I couldn't understand the c/s person or the wait times were too long. At that point, I ordered product from a different company.

The worst company ever. You cannot talk to anybody on the phone besides there call center in another country and its obvious they are reading off a script from the words I can even understand.

I tried to get an old propane tank filled. A receipt from several years ago showed it had been filled by Amerigas. The woman on the phone was insisting I had to open a new account and get a safety check, even though I was able to provide her with the name and billing address of the person whose account it is (my brother in law). She was talking down to me as if I was some kind of criminal trying to get my propane tank filled. It hasn't been filled in a while because no one lives at this address full time. The customer service woman was awful. We decided to go with another company. Thank goodness we own the tank. I would never open an account with this company after the way I was treated. Bye bye!

This company is the WORST! Customer service is a joke. I cannot get my issue resolved and keep getting the run around. My calls keep getting dropped - conveniently ... Stay away!
