“Well, what can I say? The 19th of Februrary my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the rear axle on the driver side broke and I went to a competitor and they seemed in a hurry they ordered the wrong part, Not once not twice, but 5 times And so the fifth time I was told go somewhere else and was giving a refund on the part, so we left pissed drove over and walked into O'reilly's. And Joe was there and I told him that I was p***** because of the experience I'd received from the competitor. I told him exactly what I needed he went into the computer. Put in everything we needed to order the part it was $700. The axle assembly came in within 2 days and lo and behold. It was an inch shorter than the original that was broken and removed. So they went back in the computer. It took them half an hour going through the owner's manual Of the Jeep and specifications of the vehicle. And finally ordered the "right part". It came in on Thursday morning took 5 days. We replaced it on the Jeep and I am happy to be on the road again. The bottom line is if I could give O'reilly's 100 stars. I would, Joe and his co-workers went above and beyond to locate the part for my vehicle and the customer service is spot on. I would recommend O'reilly's auto parts to all my friends and continue to use them for my future auto part needs. So the team at O'reilly's in Taos, New Mexico exceeded my expectations, thank you.”

“The guys are great - worth getting off of the main drag and getting what you need at fair prices & with great service.Went in with a warrantied batter I was having issues with. They did some testing & felt it needed to sit on their charger for 6 hours. Appreciated the analysis.Battery didn't charge after 5 hours & they warrantied the battery & gave us a brand new First Interstate that was actually better than the 5 yr. battery I had! And I kept my original warranty. I can't tell you how nice it was to not be out $250 bucks on a battery that wasn't even 2 years old.My brother found the NAPA because it's what he trusts. He picked up other things, including an easy to use battery switch one of the guys working there recommended that'll save my truck 's battery when I leave it sit. It's now "my" auto parts store.”

“I would give them more stars if allowed. My car was hit by an uninsured driver up in Rio Hondo while I was on vacation. There was damage to the passenger fender, passenger door which would not open. The team at Start to Finish was so nice when I called them and agreed to take a look to let me know whether my car was safe to drive home to Austin, Texas.Not only did they look at it right away, but they also rigged my door for me so that it would open in case there was an emergency. They recommended an alignment and gave me a list of recommendations. They would not take any money for this and I did let them know I would write a review. I know this is about a month later but I wanted to say a big thank you to Start to Finish. I got home safely and I just got my car back. 100% the kindest people. Thank you a million times over.”
