Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience with employees and vehicle parts. However, yesterday when I purchased a part at AutoZone I witnessed the manager or owner making smart remarks to one of his employees, making distasteful comments it appeared like bullying on my end. Manager appeared to be in a bad mood and he may benefit from a (manager training) moving forward.

Juan was an amazing help!! I needed tail lights and for some reason my lightbulbs weren’t matching what they had in stock, Juan took the time to help take out my lights and searched for lights that would fit! He found ones that worked and helped me get back on the road!! Really helpful guy! 10/10

Great experience at this store. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly. Andrew was particularly great, coming out to my RV to help problem solve an issue with my deep cycle batteries. He got me squared away with two new batteries and a quick install. 10/10 recommend.

my family has shopping here for years.
now that the farmers market had moved to the courthouse, auto zone and super saver have BLOCKED ENTRANCES to the parking lot on the busiest shopping day of the week.
what they do not comprehend is that most of those who go to the farmers market are also customers of many years of auto zone and auper saver!
we are your customers and you are preventing us from doing all our shopping in one place.
they pay security to prevent us from entering the parking lot.
napa is far out of our way, but we went there when we left the farmers market last saturnday, and i will never shop at super saver or auto zone again.

Autozone has always been our first choice for auto parts. However, the last month autozone in Taos left a bad taste in my mouth, not once, not twice, but 5 times they ordered the wrong part for my Jeep Grand Cheokee. Finally on the fifth time returning the wrong part I ask to go speak with a manager and she told me "I will give you your money back Go somewhere else".So we Went to the only other competitor O'reilly's they seem to know what their doing.

Maudie, the manager, is absolutely incredible. We were in a desperate situation and she put us in touch with a local mechanic who was able to fix our car (replace an alternator) when every other mechanic was closed for the holiday weekend. An absolute lifesaver. Thank you Maudie!
