I have never written a bad review before so this is a very big deal for me. The woman who called herself a Manager was rude to the extreme and charged us with "being disrespectful to her" because we stated that her employee did NOT tell us that when we bought $200+ dollars worth of pay as you go the previous day that it would not work in upper Questa AT ALL, and that "everone knows you have to pull over and restart your phone" EVERY time you go north of town LESS THAN FOUR MILES from the store. Refused a refund.
I used to do legal work and when I did, you didn't pay if no service was provided. It was part of the "contract" entered into by the two parties.

I did had trouble porting from att to Verizon but Raul was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don’t know how these folks can be so patient having to call customer service multiple times a day. I certainly wouldn’t be. I did have to come back multiple times to get the issue resolved but Raul was great to work with and made sure it got done.

I went in to this location while experiencing very frustrating problems with a device switch. Raul was a one-man-show: helping many customers while I was there by alternating his time between us while taking steps to resolve issues. Each issue he dealt with, including my own, was completely resolved in a very short time. He obviously had a wide knowledge base, a good way with the public, and a lot of patience. Man needs a promotion/ man needs a raise! Thank you, Raul!

Shopping today was a wonderful experience. Raoul and the other gentleman in the store were extremely helpful, and I walked out with two new android phones and saved lots in the meantime. Raoul was courteous, patient and professional. My husband and I will definitely be shopping here again. We highly recommend the place.

Completely fraudulent. Came to this location and went through a whole process, giving all my personal information to upgrade my phone with Isaiah and after spending and hour with him for the process he told me it won’t work. Couldn’t tell me why, just continued digging his hands in a bag of chips in between bites of a candy bar. He was unprofessional and unhelpful, so I left without a new phone. I called to make sure all my information was erased and that I won’t get billed for anything, but alas no return call and the bills started coming my way. I call a real Verizon number and they inform me a brand new phone has been purchased and activated under my name. No one at this shop will return my calls. And now I’m being charged for a phone I do not have. Very sketchy, straight up fraud.
