The employees here are the best. Marissa and Rafael in particular. They're friendly, helpful, and efficient. They also clean the cars better than most locations, and have made my last two experiences with rental cars great!

Marissa was wonderful. In the off season we didn’t realize their limited hours of 9-3 and missed picking up our vehicle when we flew in privately. Our car was gone but she found us another one! Would hire her in a instant.

We rented a car from Alamo at the Albuquerque airport. Subsequently, it had engine issues so we arranged to exchange it for a different car in Taos. The Enterprise (same car rental family) location in Taos was excellent. All three staff persons were efficient, kind, and made the transfer very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.

Same situation as other renters. Went to pick up a scheduled rental and was told it was not there and I would need to wait for a car to come in. No regards for anyone's time, No communication. Never again

Made a reservation online but when I got here they didn't have a car? That's the premise of a Seinfeld episode 30 years ago. Instead used the Turo app to rent an awesome Tesla for less money than it would have cost me to go to their Santa Fe location to get a car (which is what they suggested).

I tried calling the local office twice(option 4 then option 2) and waited on hold for 10-15 minutes only to each time have the operator pick. up the call and immediately hang up

This is probably the WORST possible ever customer service I have EVER received. I had the confirmation code for the rental vehicle in my inbox for a week and a half. Got dropped off there this morning to pick up the rental and was informed that in fact they had nothing available. They pulled my reservation, printed a copy of it but couldn't provide a rental until maybe Wednesday? Today is Monday. I asked the worker, Marissa Mondragon, for her manager's name so that I could communicate this to the entity that rented the car on my behalf and was informed by her that his name was Rafael, when I asked for his last name she said should couldn't pronounce it nor spell it. I asked her for his business card and she said he didn't have any available.There was another gentleman that walked in, same thing Marissa informed him that there was nothing available even though he had booked it last week, but she was "very sorry" that he was number five on the list this morning...They offered absolutely NOTHING to remedy this situation for me, or this gentlemen. Please don't do business here, they have HORRIBLE customer service and they won't help you, they simply do not care.

Was not properly informed beforehand that a credit card is required to get a rental.Just because it's in your fine print does not make it ethical.Now I'm without a car. Thanks enterprise.
