“Friendly staff everything is always well stocked. They have plenty of vegetarian options and gluten free. They also have a salad Bar and pre-made sandwiches and burritos .”
“We were visiting Taos, and out on a morning walk to Red Willow Park from our VRBO. We saw the sign for the Co-Op and decided to take a look. It is an eclectic shop with many vegan items that we have been only able to find online, including Equal Exchange and Hu vegan chocolate bars. Additionally there is fresh produce, and vegan protein bars like Taos Bars, and a variety of other items include nuts and dried fruits. There were refrigerated items as well. We didn't have any bags with us and had to walk back to our lodging, so we couldn't buy as much as we would have liked. Looked like there is a parking lot in the back, vs. trying to find parking on the street. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh baked GF vegan brownies at the register, and the ability to purchase without having to be a member. We will go back when we have bags, and more time to browse.”

In conversation with one of the employees, I learned that the shop has been open for 44 years and was recently purchased by a longtime employee, so it’s hopefully here to stay.”
