As an employee and a coop customer/owner, this place is fantastic. True fiber to the home (FTTH) leaving enough capacity to upgrade everyone in the coop. Great customer support, service and staff. Fully symmetric speeds instead of the normal asymmetrical service provided by bigger ISPs. Helping bring broadband to the rural disadvantaged communities, everyone here is truly helping others, which is a stark contrast to the brutal capitalist corporate model.

Extremely difficult. Fill out this form, wait for a call that never comes, go back give the electric company your cash, come back show your receipt then go home and wait for a technician who never shows up or calls go back day 3 ask why it's so hard to get the service you paid for and find out that I'm the technician who has to bring them my router and install myself but it took too long and Xfinity is better. Refund.

Installation went with no issues ! Was able to get the my router preconfigured by the technicians at the office. All I had to do was plug in at home and was good to go. Waaaaaay better than my centurylink service with 3mbps ?

Our phone through KC is out again! We only get a busy signal when we pick up the phone to try to call out. They did not provide us with a way to contact them if no one is at the office. Much trouble with the phone!

this firm does not respond to emails and has very poor social media skills. Major outages and they dont call in wotkers to post updates. without proper use 9f social media, they set up their dispatch to get yelled at. Fix it. Employees can post updates from home (assuming their phones are charged) so get staff to work and support your linemen (that's with an "e") and support your dispatcher

I called after hours. My call was returned and the agent tried to walk me through my issue. The service agent followed up the next day. I was impressed with the follow-up.
