The worst! They open at 10 am but sign on door says be back in 8 mins...we arrived a little after 10am, Brandon ( I think that was his name) arrived at 10:38am!! We drove 80 miles to go to the nearest store, they were supposed to help us. The phone was broken so couldn't retrieve their stupid code so they couldn't help. Gave him a drivers license and account number ...Nope not helping US!! Poor customer service!!! Got home called 611, they helped him but even that was subpar...customer service what a joke...Phillipines they speak English but don't understand your response. As soon as the billing cycle ends, we're switching carriers! worthless customer and crappy service! No wonder our store closed in Colorado!
CHEAP DEFINITELY ISN'T BETTER!!
I had rather not had a response at all, as opposed to your BS CAN RESPONSE! IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF TMOBILE about 40 years! FIRST He's moving his phone at the end of his billing cycle, then if he likes the carrier, I'll move mine.
YOUR RESPONSE WAS ZERO HELP!! ALL IT DID WAS MAKE ME WANT TO MOVE MY PHONE NOW!!
I guess the old saying you get what you pay for is RIGHT!!!

I’ve been a customer of Metro by T-Mobile for several years now, and I’m honestly impressed. The service is reliable, and I rarely experience dropped calls or slow data speeds, even in areas where other providers struggle. Came into the store to look a some new phones and tech was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in asked me about what I was looking for and overall great customer service. Will continue to do business here.

I went I n Taos NM store to get a replacement phone because it was broken. There was guy asked what we needed help I told him. Asked for price of a phone I was going to get a new line. The guy seemed like we were bothering him. We were checking which phone would serve our purpose.He told us if you are sure come back when you can decide. He didn't have any customers. He was rude.so we left.changed to different company. I just had paid our account. Now I need a refund. Before that a few months I had gone in to Asked about MMB y billing. There was a lady and the same guy. They were rude. So but I started to pay my bill on line I didn't want to deal with them. The people before were very helpful and friendly. Those people aren't there these new crew are horrible. Also there was a older lady having problem with phone. He didn't even try to but help her. They need people who are willing to work with customers. I don't like to complain but I didn't like how they treat customers.

I called for assistance with my phone, the guy just said I had to come into the store and then hung up on me. In the last year I have received TERRIBLE customer service from this location.
