“An employee named Sundeep saw me getting frustrated, looking for something that was not on the shelf. He took the time to leave his station and hunt down the last hidden bag of what I was looking for. So refreshing when someone not only does a good job that goes beyond to help frustrated customers. Thank you Sundeep!!!😸”

“I had a great experience with Taos Tack & Pet Supply! I was looking for a McCall saddle and called with a lot of questions— Tom was incredibly helpful and patient, walking me through the options and helping me place an order with confidence. It’s not easy to buy a saddle over the phone, but his knowledge and willingness to help made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to make sure I got what I needed. Highly recommend!!”
