“From the east coast. This is Kroger to us. We were so happy to find this store & use our Kroger card for discounts! We were able to get our salmon & shrimp too! ♥️”

“Most of the people at this pharmacy are super nice and helpful. I think the young woman who helped us--Emma, I believe--went out of her way. She texted us when the medication was ready so we didn't have to linger around the store. The poor staff are overworked, including the pharmacist, who is working like crazy every single time we're in there. Yes, there is always a wait, but that's just because they are understaffed.”

“Pharmacist and staff were so nice, even through I got there at closing time (I wasn’t aware of the new hours). They were happy to help, which I so appreciated since I’m from out of town. Highly recommend.”

“I saw the dentist around 3pm on a Friday and was told I had an infected tooth and needed a root canal. The dentist said he'd call in a prescription for antibiotics. I said he should call it into the Walmart pharmacy since I'd used that pharmacy before.I sat in my car in the clinic's parking lot for nearly an hour, trying to find a dentist who took my insurance and could see me sooner than April 2024. By the time I drove to the Walmart in Taos, it was well after 5pm.I went to the pharmacy and asked for my prescription. The pharmacy tech (who was very nice) said it wasn't ready. He said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I said ok.I stepped away from the counter, set the timer on my phone for 25 minutes and went outside to check on my dog that I'd had to leave in the car. When the timer went off, I went back to the pharmacy. The same pharmacy tech told me the prescription still wasn't ready. But he told me he'd mark it some special way (maybe critical or urgent, I don't remember) and the computer would put my prescription next. He did something on the computer, then filled my prescription while I waited at the counter. He asked me if I had any questions for the pharmacist. (At other Walmart pharmacies I've used, you automatically see the pharmacist if you are picking up a new prescription. The pharmacist then explains all about the drug and hands it over. I guess that's not automatic here.) I said I did in fact have a question for the pharmacist, so I stepped over to the consultation window. The pharmacist seemed busy, but answered my question and explained things to me in a business like way.Overall, I was pleased with my experience here, although the wait was a little long.”

“I asked the pharmacist's advice and dealt with several pharmacy technicians over the course of a week on several matters concerning my prescriptions from out of state. Every person I dealt with was courteous and helpful.”

“A lot of people diss this pharmacy, but we have had nothing but positive experiences here. A family member is on a special medication that is difficult to dispense due to federal guidelines about it, and it requires a fair amount more work and paperwork and whatnot, and Alyssa the pharmacist and the others who work there have been absolutely amazing , helping us consistently and patiently over many months. We're super grateful for them.”

“Great customer service. Treats all customers with respect and will help when needed. Other pharmacies in Taos have been horrible and treat others very poorly. 100% recommend this pharmacy.”
