“The folks at this propane store are very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. They provided me everything from reasonably priced propane to advice and parts for fixing an RV furnace to selling me a thing called a Band-Aid to stop the leak on my propane tank. Highly recommended!”
“It was OK this time. The c/s person communicated well. Your company NEEDS to have the call center located in America staffed by Americans. I have tried previously to communicate with your call center and gave up due to the fact that I couldn't understand the c/s person or the wait times were too long. At that point, I ordered product from a different company.”
